I had a great exam and found out that I have catarat in the left eye.

I have been going to Dr. Cotter since she first opened. It is family operated. Everyone is extremely friendly. Dr. Cotter is amazing. Any problems I have with my eyes, she finds immediately. I have recommended her to many people. Everyone feels just as I do.

It was like the last time ,I was completely satisfied! I was glad to hear that My diabetes hasn’t done that much damage to my eyes yet ! On the whole it was a pleasant experience, Thank you see you in 6 months .

I love that I can get my glasses at the same place and not wait an hour for service! I used to go to Lens Crafters to purchase my glasses and waited over an hour for service. At Parkway Optical, the gentleman helped me right away and it honestly took me about 15 minutes to pick out my glasses! I love them!

I called to make an appointment I was asked to wait. Had the apt.the next morning...I was not aware the office is closed on Wednesday... saw Dr. Cotter had a thorough eye exam. I was given a diagnosis given suggestions and told to pick up eye drops. All within an hour. Absolutely great service

This week I ran over my glasses an chrushed them to bits. I need my glasses for everything including driving and the next available appointment wasn’t until the end of November. I explained my delema to the office and the fact that I couldn’t possibly get by for another month. Doctor Cotter came in early to examine my eyes and give me my new prescription. The office isn’t fancy but Dr. Cotter is a true professional and has state of the art machinery.

I like the way she is with children and most of all payed attention to everthing I was concerned about.

Dr.,Cotter, Phillip, and the eye exam tech were efficient, confident, and caring. In the future, the eye tech lady might ask the patient to look at the star when it moves to the side. She asked me to look at the light....there are several, so it was confusing. She also said she had never taken the test....maybe good if she did so she can have the same experience as the patient. She did a good job, so please know this is just a suggestion. Forgot to say that the receptionist was friendly and had a nice welcoming attitude. Dr. Cotter eye exams are always extremely thorough. During this comprehensive exam, Dr. Cotter provides easy to understand information and knowledge of each procedure which includes digital technologies. Dr. Cotter then provides an overview of her exam as it relates to my life style. I am very pleased with my quality of eye care with Dr. Cotter.

I feel as if I get an excellent eye exam and couldn't ask more more thorough or more professional. I just wish that you would have a better selection of designer eye wear with more bling and in style. I couldn't find anything that I really liked so I took my prescription elsewhere but my first preference would have been to give you the business if I found frames that I loved. I wear my glasses all the time so they have to be something I really like and looks good for two years.
