Very impressed with the ER doctor Morgan and nurse who attended me. I was taken back to room and diagnosed all within 10 minutes of arrival. Both attending me were very kind with great bedside manners.

Very courteous, kind and caring staff. The prompt care in procedure was outstanding as I didn’t have to wait for various tests. The communication helped to totally understand what what going on. Upon leaving I received a complete summary of what was done and what to watch for among many other items. Thank you ER staff.

Everyone treated me with respect and well. Did some test but still didn't tell me what my problem was, just what it might have been. Iam following with my Dr.

I had a broken foot. Dr. Farley was prompt about getting me a pain shot to aid in my pain. The X-rays were taken in a very timely manner. I was in there start to finish maybe an hour. Great job PAMPA ER.

I found the Pampa ER to be very efficient and professional. I was admitted to the E R immediately , tested, and after visiting with the Dr & Nurse, was given a Prescription & dismissed. I was in your ICU almost the whole month of January. I had COVID pneumonia and was put on a ventilator. I nearly left this world behind, but there were quick thinking doctors and nurses who treated me and saved my life. I'm forever grateful! I received the utmost professional care from the most compassionate people around. They touched my heart. When I awakened from the vent I could not walk or use my hands or barely speak above a whisper. I was scared to death and afraid that I would still die. This brought on great anxiety, but many nurses and CNAs calmed my fears. I'm now almost fully recovered in a Nursing home and getting closer to going home. Thank you for giving me my life back!

The staff was efficient and did an excellent job of taking care of me. Explained what was wrong and explained about my meds being prescribed.,

This visit was so quick. I went in day shift , so I thought they would be busy, but they got me right in. The doctor was standing at the door before the nurses finished genie assessment. Ashley ( used to be Owen) was my nurse and she just took her to E and listened to all my complaints. This is rare today!

I was taken back to a room immediately. Efficiently visiting about my issue as we walked. My nurse was amazingly caring and helpful with my questions. The Doctor was in within minutes and equally willing to discuss options with me. The x-ray tech was on the spot and the results were back very quickly. Thank you for making an unpleasant situation very pleasant.

My wife & I much appreciated the high level of care shown to us, by Dr. Foster & Jill, starting just before midnight & continuing until around 2:00 a.m. Their explanations of what needed to be done to stop the bleeding from my anterior nosebleed & the specific instructions we need to act on with an ENT & my Cardiologist upon our return to Houston, reflected their professionalism & guidance we needed for my aftercare. The Doctor in the Emergency Room was very professional. He took test to make sure what was going on. After the test results came back, he let us know what additional tests needed to be done to figure exactly what is taking place. The Doctor showed interest in the patient’s health.

Wonderful service. They made me feel as though I️ were the only patient (even though I️ clearly was not the only one in there). Everything was timely and efficient. Mandi in radiology was very sweet, my ER nurse, Pami, was extremely attentive and Dr. Farley was so concerned and moved quickly with my results. Thanks!

I went to Pampa ER yesterday, in awful pain in my abdomen! It turned out to be a kidney stone! I received excellent care and courteous treatment! I would recommend the Pampa facilities to everyone!

The ER what kind of busy, but they got us in there and out quick. The nurse checked my son then after the doctor he told us what was wrong gave him an antibiotic and we were on our way. Very friendly!

I went home last night thinking, wow, I want to let them know how magnificent their team is! From administration, to the nurse practitioner, to the CT scan tech, to the lab assistant, to the Dr in charge. My concerns were addressed and I felt handled with care from the time I entered the facility. Many thanks!

In and out quickly. Kept my 9 year old calm the whole time. I’m sure the bill will be outrageous but the quality of care was awesome!

Was a really Good doctor just wish she would of gave my kidneys a ultrasound or give a lower body ct. She recommended me a urologist but I can't see anyone because I don't have insurance and that's one a reason I believe maybe I didn't get further test even though she explained I wasn't giving enough reason so get one ordered. The door was open every conversation and I felt a little embarrassed on some of the other workers maybe overhearing my conversation. But all in all the nurses did a good job and the doctor also did very well listening to me and trying to help me. But just didn't feel the need to go further on me. I went to the er because there is something wrong with me and I can't be seen anywhere else. I'm extremely afraid of my health and it's putting me in serious depression.

Care is excellent. Food was good but one night everything was cold. I have no teeth and I didn’t get a knife. I guess challenge is good for the soul but hot would have been better. No hospital stay anywhere is actually pleasant but the folks here made my “incarceration” as pleasant as possible.

Dr Crouch was, as usual, very attentive & thorough. She listened & then explained everything. Other staff was courteous & helpful as usual also. Very pleased.

After filling out relevant paperwork for registration, they called us back. They had staff get right on dealing with our issue. The ER dr. was apart of getting his stitches in & even accommodated his request for numbing this skin prior to the numbing shot. We were there less than an hour from the time we walked in the door. Carrie Scruggs, Josh, & Dr. Shamsi were very attentive & considerate. They listened to my questioning the need for a Narco med & accommodate him with just ibuprofen instead. Completely positive experience.

My grandmother and I were very pleased. We didn’t have to wait; we were seen immediately. They did the tests that I needed and they had results fairly quickly. We were given prescriptions and now I am feeling better! Everyone was kind and considerate, we appreciate the care we received!

I received excellent care. They were compassionate and very kind to me. Dr. Rhodes was very understanding and talked with me and promised to help me if u needed her again. I came in and she diagnosed me with pleurisy and helped me to feel better.

Liked the lady doctor. She seemed real concerned about what was wrong with me.

It just takes time but there was some 20 to 25 times that I was no one around. And when I got to Dr. Hampton’s office at 1pm, they didn’t know about me. Need to be informed to call their office first thing in the morning.

I like the Dr, the nurse and the lady at the front desk. Guessing I was pretty out of it when I was filling out the paperworka(guessing that the flu will do that to you). The lady at the front voiced her concerns and they had me in a room before I finished the paperwork. The last time I was at the er was a few years ago. I was being treated for Lyme disease and went to the er because the pain was too bad. I had a round of doxycycline I was taking. Showed the Dr and nothing was given to help. Made me feel that the Dr at the time thought I was a drug seeker. *To any higher ups that reads this. You have a good staff. One of the best I've seen in years. It would be in y'all's best interest to keep them.

Loved all the nurses, so nice and helpful. Got me taken care of quickly. Really liked Dr. Pinson. As busy as they were, he took the time to talk to me , and make sure I understood everything. Thanks for everything!

Due to the weather the ER slightly busy. However that did NOT keep anyone from very courteous and respectful. From being registered to being discharged home. The x-ray tech was patient with me in getting my films. The Dr explained everything to me. The nurse kept me updated when she checked on me. When I registered the lady helped so much-as I was one handed at that time. Great bunch of employees!!!!

Only disappointment was nothing for pain at all. I am 72 and not an addict of any drug...it is senseless yo not give some pain and naseau medicine on the spot. We should not be blanketed as a Nation as all being possible addicts. The addicts and dealers have all this on the street and the people on top are making billions. It is awful to be in pain and told to and take some ibuprofen. But i digress. YOU ARE DOING A GREAT JOB!! THANK YOU FOR TAKING SUCH GREAT CARE OF ME! GREAT JOB!!!!

From the beginning of with the ambulance ride with the emts and the firemen that took care of me to the hospital with the nurses and the doctor. Everything with my visit was well, with friendly staff. Even the x ray tech was friendly trying to help me find a good position for the x Ray's. Even if my stay was 4.5 hours I understand the staff was busy and trying to get orders in and results of tests. There was one nurse who I wasnt practically fond of. She knew what she was doing but her bed side manner wasnt the best. Besides her, my experience was rather great. Better than I expected for being in there for so long and having a hard time for an IV start. (My fault not the nurses).

Dr. Farley is 1 of the best doctor’s I’ve seen. He went out of his way to make me at ease. He listened to me & included me in what tests he ordered & why. The nurses were very professional even though it was 3:00 am.

In quickly. (Granted it was 3am and in a much smaller town than where we are from.) The nurse at the front desk was so nice and helpful with paperwork. Dr took extra precautions and ordered extra test to rule out pneumonia, and for that i am greatful. The thought of spending time in a hospital far away from home terrified this mom.

Wait was very long, admitting ladies were nice but busy. All the ER staff was very nice !

It was a great experience even though that the last place you want to be. Ever nurse in there made you feel welcome and well taken care of. Great smiles and great service.

And me and didn’t have to stay all night they both were very caring When I left there to go home I felt very good about my care and really appreciate the way I was taken care of . I was in tremendous pain, and Mrs Eubank got someone to come and get me and take me back to exam room. Someone was in my room immediately. I doubt I was there 15 minutes before the xray tech came and got me, he was so kind and took the xrays so fast. The nurses were so kind and compassionate. The doctor was amazing, he had ordered me an injection for pain, then after he saw my xrays, he ordered me something stronger, which helped immediately. From walking in the er doors to walking out, I didn't have to wait hardly at all. Top notch care!!! Thanks

Nurses and the doctor were good and made me as comfortable as possible in the ER.

The only complaint is that it takes to long to get in the exam room to get treatment. And some of the questions on the admit form are totally stupid.

I found that the best time to go to an ER is 8:45 a.m. on a Sunday morning. I was the only one in the waiting room, so everything moved smoothly. The nurses and doctor took care of my problem and I was out in an hour.

Everything was great! Natasha is a great nurse, very kind and caring.

I was pleased with how quickly my paperwork was processed and the timely response of the nurses and doctor. Overall, I feel that I received EXCELLENT care. My only complaint is having to listen to two employees share their work drama while I was in the ER waiting room. There are issues in every workplace, but it is unprofessional to discuss such matters within earshot of the patients. Other than that incident, my visit went extremely well. Thank you.

The lady at the front desk and the nurse were super nice & helpful. The Dr on the other hand was a complete and total jerk. NO bed side manners at all. I hope I never have to go back when he is there.

I got right in and didn’t have to wait.The doctor ordered test that were done immediately had X-rays done . When all the test results were in I was released with prescriptions and orders for follow up. Could not have been treated any better, thanks to Shelly and the doctor.

Many times improved over my visit 4 years ago. The ER Dr just thought I was there for pain med so he treated me like a drug addict. This time I was seen and treated with respect. Things have changed for the better.

I think the ER did amazing with my little girl last night. I was super worried because I didn't have a good experience with the doctor when I was in the ER but he was amazing with my little girl. He checked her for everything and sent me home feeling very secure in what was wrong with my babygirl.

We tried to go to the urgent care but the provider on duty couldn't see patients under 13, so we had to go to the er. They were nice, efficient and quick on getting my son checked out.

Oh my gosh, when I came in through the emergency room, I was scared. I am a 57-year-old woman that fell while cleaning the top of her refrigerator, I was standing on a barstool with socks on, and I slipped off the barstool, I made it on my left hand all my weight and it shattered my hand and my wrist. Dr. Shamus (?) was wonderful very caring very professional. Then came me and Dr. David Hampton. He was so personable, very professional, told me exactly what was going on. I would recommend Pampa Regional Hosital and Pampa Texas to anyone. Once the ambulance stopped and got me there, everybody came and started doing work on me. Thank you to the nurses, to the Miami TEXAS ambulance service.

The doctors and nurses were very informative.

PRMC ER got us right in and listened to our concerns. They ran the needed tests to rule out our suspicions and discovered what was going on. The nurses were super sweet to our daughter as well as Dr. Farley, but our favorite was the CT Tech, Cindy. She made my daughter laugh and scared away any fears she might’ve had during the CT. Into triage quickly. Nurse was AMAZING. Doctor was good as well but kept asking if I wanted prescription pain medicine after I already said no. I felt I shouldn't have to explain that I had been addicted to them for him to accept my refusal.

My nurse was amazing! She truly cared about the issue and made me as comfortable as possible! The Dr was great also, very knowledable and courteous. They found the problem as quickly as possible. I just wish the ER Dr could prescribe something for pain, but other than that the experience was pleasant considering the circumstances:)

They got to me quickly and got the tests run. They were all very kind, especially Dr Basilico and the x ray technician.

Well the nurses should always put gloves on when entering the room in front of me very slowly and they need to have a mask on when they come into the room.

The staff was so nice and treated my daughter very well. The only thing I must say we waited more than what it actually took to see the doctor. Another thing was we waited in the room forever after no response of what they were gonna do to her.

Disappointed that I wasn't admitted for heart condition. Had low pulse during entire visit, dizzy and fatigued. Instead I was told to go to PCP. I am still weak and dizzy.....dont understand what the Hospital is for if I needed pacemaker but was sent home

The entire process from admission to treatment to discharge was very professional, engaging but not invasive. The staff all gave their attention as if they had nothing else to do; not hurry in and out but not loitering with other staff. The word I keep coming back to is professional".

We saw Dr. Bacilo, he was amazing with my daughter. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer questions. Felicia in admitting was so sweet! She had our paperwork done so quickly and really seemed to care about our situation and took the time to make sure we had everything we needed.

I was seen quickly without hesitation was checked over diagnosed given meds to help sent home with instructions and I was very pleased.

Dr u was gentle and personable, making a difficult situation as easy as possible. Nurse becky was a tremendous help with her ougoing personality and as a member of the team. The admitting nurse, sorry, I don't remember her name was personable and efficient . The lady at the admitting desk for e.r. was very pleasant and efficient. Even the janitorial man was pleasant cleaning up after me. Kudos to your e.r. department and to the individual members I dealt with.

I honestly was skeptical after our last visit if I wanted to go in. But, the two nurses Shellie and another woman were outstanding. Do was Dr.Farley. Not only did they make me feel comfortable, they showed true compassion.

Dr. Farley is always so efficient! He ordered all the right things. My lungs were clear on Sunday and 2 days later I had full blown pneumonia. So I’m really sick.

It was the fastest most enjoyable time I have ever spent in the er I was seen quickly I was relieved of some of my pain quickly the er dr.actually listened to what I had to say but still want to make sure i didn't have anything more serious.

I suffered a panic attack for almost a week. The severe kind. I needed help and the exact doctor that helped me, I like. Don't lose him. He's good. Experienced and good bed side manner. He understood. I have been taken by ambulance typ this hospital with a collapse lung. They did not in any way help me, they let me walk out send have to go where I could actually be treated. I haven't trusted the ER since. My mother in-laws Annette Horton, Feb 5,2018. Suffered a severe brain injury. We found her not breathing. Called 911. Your hospital released an 81 yr old woman for family to stay yup all night waking her every hour. You failed so bad. She's never recovered. She should have been admitted. To many Riyadh involved. So I always have a doubt.

Awesome treatment in the ER.

The wait time was a little long but when we got back too ER room nurse was very professional. Dr. Farley is a very good doctor he explains thing very well. He is what all Dr. should be caring and compassate. The time at the ER was well managed and on our way home. Great job what all involved in my care the lady in x-ray was also a very professional . Great job by all. Only one thing is lab should be informed of allergy’s on Pt. Such as latex think all latex should be removed from the hospital. As a paramedic we have removed all latex from our units. But was still a good experience thanks too everyone .

Im 66 years old i fall alot go figure the er staff the front desk the guard n omg my rn nurse they were GREATi honestly have absolutely 0 complants i loved the RN on staff but .... Omg ur security person that nite (last nite ) she comforted me b-cuse i wuz really hurting real bad they made me feel NOTso STUPID 4 fallen I thank U 4 the GOOD choices in UR hiring practice PLEASE pass this along 2 them i get scared n confused at times n its really really confusing cause I dont understand whats happening w me when 5 years ago I wuz on top of my game anyway that being said I thank U 4 the staff n I thank them as well

PRMC ALWAYS I mean ALWAYS has the best staff! From entering the ER to EXITING they are amazing! They're caring, generous, sweet and not rude like at the hospital in Borger, TX. The receptionist is so gentle and sweet and is not rude ever! My wait time is amazing!!! Inside the waiting room they are so nice and actually have a conversation with you! This is the hospital where I will always turn and go to and I have recommended to many others as well! Dr. Farley usually I get lucky and hes my Dr. every time I go :) Love this hospital and I give them not 5 stars but a MILLION!!!!
