I really love the doctor and nurse that I saw today. The front desk is rude and not very inviting or comforting. As a new patient to this office, I was disappointed before seeing the doctor, but she made up for it.

The schedulers forgot I was there. I went up after 25 mins and they said oh your next. Then I sat down and they were like, " I don't know how we missed her?? This is the second time Had an incident in this office and waited over 40 mins for my appointment because I was missed! Thank god my physician is amazing!

My experience was excellent!

Everything from check in to nurse interaction to Dr. Visit and check out was pleasant and I felt cared for very well. I do, however, have an issue with the male technician who did my blood work. Although it was said that it's a great benefit to have someone right in the office that can take care of lab work, my experience wasn't great with him. I waited almost 40 min. To be seen by him. He was very dry and no conversation. Only gave commands. I mentioned I get a little queasy and try to focus to get through it and he said nothing. Not a word. I was in a cold sweat after and didn't have time to even recover as he needed me out of the chair. Needless to say I'll be going back to my previous lab in the future no matter the unconvience for blood work.

Everyone, staff, PAC, techs, were so kind and professional. They made uncomfortable situations comfortable.

Doctors and PAs are awesome. Some of the admin could have a little more forethought. For instance, when you ask the front desk where the restroom is located, she should also not be the same person that asks you for a urine sample immediately after you return from her directions to the General restroom.

Last time I waited almost two hours (including the 40 minutes in the room in a gown) And it was before lunch. My doctor rushed me through within 5minutes so she could go to lunch as I heard them outside my door discussing where they were going for lunch. I had a lot of questions & I could see she was curt & quick with each question so I stopped my questions. I really wanted to change doctors (as this is not the first time I have encountered this issue) but your policy is that I can't change within this practice, which I think is not acceptable. It is my body, shouldn't I get to change doctors within the same office since there are a lot to choose from??? And different bedside manners??? Wouldn't the paperwork be easier instead of transferring to another doctor elsewhere? I gave her another try today & kept my questions minimal....I should not have to, but realize I guess I need to ask my primary doctor gyno questions instead. I waited only 15 minutes after my appointment time today & only 15 in a gown. Guess I will be making appointments for right AFTER lunch from now on. I just feel you need to know that it makes it difficult to find another qualified woman gynecologist when you have so many in this practice & you can't switch within. Please change your policy!!

I feel overall the experience is always a good one considering it's not the most pleasant visit. I was a little bit disappointed however, I came in and I don't expect the doctor to remember for me b cause she sees so many people but they did not have me down as coming to her last year. I did come to her last year and they suggested medications which I am currently taking. The nurse also asked me what I was taking and when I told her that it was written by the doctor there she seemed surprised and did not see it in the chart. I feel like it after that I was nervous and felt like something was definitely missing for my chart. I think these things need to be checked thoroughly before they see the patient. Otherwise, it makes us feel very uneasy for many reasons.

Wow! Incredible experience! I am a new patient. My consultation appointment was regarding trying to conceive. The receptionist were very polite when I checked in. My appointment was at 1:30 and the nurse called me in at 1:27. Abby and Juliana were outstanding! They were very friendly and attentive. Since the difficulty of trying to conceive and possibly the option of infertility might be a reality, I had a lot of questions. I was a little nervous before Juliana came in. Juliana was so straightforward and honest in her answers. I knew exactly what I need to do. I felt like we were coming up with a plan together. She asked me detailed information to decide on what's best for me. She was so caring. I have never received service like this. After we were done, I felt hopeful. I felt like she was one of my good friends. She did not rush me and made me feel very comfortable taking about a private topic. This experience is extremely different from all my previous OBGYN appointments at another group. I am so happy here. Thank you!

Appointment was at 10 and saw MD 10:30-40. I understand for few minutes late but not 30 min.

I really liked the nurse who greeted me. She has a nice way of connecting with patients. A very good first impression; and, of course, Doctor Kent is wonderful. She is matter of fact and charming at the same time. I switched to Doctor Kent 3 years ago and am very glad I did.

I was very happy with the experience I had overall. The staff and doctors are real professionals, and I walked away feeling at peace. I was extremely disappointed with my previous doctor, and I am so happy I found the right fit. I had all my questions answered and didn't feel like I was treated like I was dumb asking certain questions.

My last visit was great. The wait time was reasonable, doctor was very friendly and willing to answer my questions, and the staff were efficient. My experience on my first visit was not very pleasant at all. I had a 7:45am ultrasound appointment, and was not seen until almost one hour later. I then waited another 30 min for my office visit, and waited another 30 min for the lab. In total, I spent nearly 3 hours at the office, and the majority of my time was spent waiting. The ultrasound tech and nurse were both wonderful, but the wait time almost made me look for another provider. I'm glad that my following visit was quick and efficient, but if I had a similar experience with ridiculous wait times, I definitely would be looking for another provider.

I love the dr's and care but the wait is pretty ridiculous. The past appts I've had have been scheduled at different times of the day but have had one thing in common: at least a 45 min wait in the waiting room after my appt time. I have a full time job and this puts a large strain on my as I have to give myself 2.5 hours to attend an appt because I travel 15 min to the office and wait an hour to be seen and then the appt and drive time back to the office. I don't want to switch dr's but I don't love the wait to see someone everytime. I understand emergencies come up and some appts take longer than others but I'm seen consistently 45-60 min after my scheduled appt time.

No one likes a women's wellness checkup. However, Meg makes it seem, as odd as this sounds, like you're just hanging out with a friend. A friend who just-so-happened to have just given you a PAP. Haha! I know that's strange to say. But I mean it when I say she is the first provider who doesn't make me cringe at the thought of the annual checkup. It's as if nothing is actually going on medically, you're just hanging out....in an exam room. LOL. She is also super knowledgeable and puts you at ease when you're worried about a medical issue (in my case, a potential lump). She doesn't rush you. She remembers things about you that you may have shared at another visit (a great listener with an impeccable memory!) Finally, ever left an office and you're like, "what did he/she say again? What does that even mean?" Not with her. She speaks in a way that you can understand, absorb, and retain. Ask for Meg when you book your next appt. She's the NP.

Love you guys but I purposely booked the first appointment of the day so I'd be seen on time, and I arrived early. I was called back 20 mins after my appointment time. I know it's par for the course for doctors offices but wish you guys could be a little more respectful of appointment times!! Thanks!

I've given blood three separate times now and he's just so grumpy every time I've had him. It's not world ending, but with such sweet staff in there, you would think they would have someone in there that doesn't hate life. Other than that, so far so good being a new patient here!

Dr. Kent is fantastic! I love the location and efficiency of the office! All nurses have been extremely helpful. My only suggestion would be that the admin at the desk that greets you was a little more cheerful, especially in the new year! She is the first face patients see and I feel she could be more welcoming. I asked what to do about my new insurance and she interrupted me abruptly to tell me there were other patients ahead of me. Fair enough but I was thrown off by the rude comment when I was just inquiring. :/

Took an ultrasound in conjunction with my visit however tech advised couldn't compare my films as the records were at your old facility - very, very concerning that tech nor my doctor has access to those records which I paid for and u SHOULD have access to - u need to fix this as soon as possible as a professional firm !

The office is a bit bigger and less intimate than it used to be, but the faces and attitude are the same, warm; comfortable and friendly. Even though I hadn't been in in 3 years, Kristyn was sure to say an extra "Hello". I know Dr. Kent loves what she does, so I am sure that permeates the office.

Angela was pleasant and thorough. Nonetheless I explained I was experiencing pain/sensitive to touch and then she proceeded to rub the area causing more pain. Also she said she would prefer to prescribe a 7 day treatment and I preferred the 3 day, she agreed and prescribed the 7 day anyway. Ugh! My husband and I have plans this weekend and I do not want to be on vaginal medication.

All the doctors and staff are great! Wait times are sometimes frustrating because don't see dr sometimes until 1 hour after appointment. Otherwise - I am so happy to find a great office!

Good thing I absolutely love Dr. Lai, otherwise I'd definitely De going elsewhere for my appointments.... an hour long wait in the waiting room is a bit excessive. At the very least it would be nice to be updated on such a delay in the future.

I've had 3 miscarriages and went in today for my ultrasound. Before we did the ultrasound I was extremely nervous and burst into tears. My ultrasound tech, I forgot her name (blond), she was so gracious and calming. She got me a cup of water, soothed me, and validated my feelings. She was wonderful and reassuring throughout. My baby was perfectly fine and she was so comforting. I am very grateful for her, thank God for people like that in the medical profession.

I had forms sent to my company for maternity leave and I'm shocked that you charge $20-25 for every paper sent. Like come on!? After spending so much money at your practice you would think you would waive those fees for 2 papers to be faxed and mailed especially when I provided the stamp and envelope. Lori, who is Dr. lai'S assistant said she faxed the same form twice but when I followed up with it with my company they said they never received it. It also took 4 phone calls to get Lori to call me back. She seemed super annoyed when I got her on the phone. A little patience and kindness from her would be much appreciated.

Top notch from receptionists, technician, radiologist, breast surgeon, and facilities. Everyone is personable and helpful. What I personally appreciate is getting immediate MRI and mammogram results. Everything from appointment registry to the nurse were all great. Only a lot of time was taken.

The wait was too long even with an appointment. But other than that, it was a pleasant visit.

I was very pleased with the facility and the time that the Nurse Practitioner took to get my medical history and determine next steps. The only feedback that I would give is that I was there 25 minutes early as asked to complete paperwork but waited in the exam room for over an hour to see NP. I left 2 hours after I arrived and was only scheduled for a quick appointment to address issues that I was having. I did feel that the wait was excessive.

I am highly pleased with Nurse Practioner Meg's professionalism and addressing my issue. I would highly recommend her to other patients.

Doctors are great but the associated are not very friendly.

I am really happy with the quality of care I receive, however I would recommend to allow more time per patient since more than once my wait time was longer than an hour.

The girls at the front intake desk seemed overwhelmed and rushed therefor quite short and uninterested. Frequently interrupt for intake of new info. Staff in the back was kind and efficient and took the time to speak to me and interact in a friendly manner which made me feel much calmer.

I had a great experience as always and was very excited to hear that HMG patients can now get an ultrasound in your office. I've been a patient there for over 15 years. Dr Speir was very nice.. I called ahead to see if things were moving on time and they said yes but they were running about 2o mins behind... That doesn't make me happy. Front desk was very nice

I met with Kathy, nurse practitioner, for the first time today and she literally change my perspective on my current situation. Got called into appointment few minutes after appointment time. Nurse was very nice.

I always have at least an hour long wait whenever I come to see the doctor or nurse. At my last ultrasound appointment, the front desk did not check me in even though I signed in. Finally after 20 mins of waiting, I reminded them that I had an ultrasound appointment and doctors appointment. Then they realized that the other front desk lady did not notice the sign in sheet. Besides the long wait and miscommunication at times, I do like the staff and doctors I work with. Thanks for allowing us to give you feedback.

I like the facility and the staff. But the wait times are most frustrating for me. My appt was at 8:45, I was brought back into a room and waited until just past 9:45. This has been typical of all my appointments. And, this is my first kid, so I don't know if that's typical of all OBs. But it makes it difficult to plan the rest of my day especially when working appointments into a work schedule.

Friendly staff, usually a wait to see doctor but that's normal and worth it for the quality care. Love my doctor, nurses and staff. No charge for parking is a plus.

Dr Kent is AMAZING, fantastic Doctor very efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend Doctor Kent to anyone.
