I have to say that I like the professionals and the office generally, but the $75 fee for contact fitting it outrageous and just a money grab. It’s not covered by insurance and the “fitting” takes 2 minutes. Vision works and Pearl Vision only charge $30. Still a money grab, but at least a bit more reasonable.

Office staff was very nice. Dr Hunt was quiet but did her job well. Looking forward to making this my new optometrist office. Only thing that reduced from 5 stars was that Dr. Hunt and the office staff didn't seem to have the most comfortable relationship and it made me feel a little awkward.

Dr Wang is professional and awesome. However, the young lady with glasses and golden hair who should help me to choose the frame is not so patient. In addition, she is not so aware of my vision plan benefits and cannot give a satisfactory response to my concerns. In addition, she should use more plain language to explain about the type of lens covered by the insurance with more patience. Thanks!

I have been a patient of Dr. Perrault's for years, and trust her knowledge. I like going to your Albany location because I can park in the nearby garage. The selection of eyewear is excellent, and have found that Rose is helpful in selecting frames; and excellent in fitting my eyewear to me!

Appt was very good but written info should be provided about the tests that are offered, that r paid out of pocket. Also, the front desk person said dr. Perrault prefers the $30 test, but dr. Perreault said to me during appt that she likes dilation one year, $30 test the other.
