I had the old address and so was late to the appointment. Nothing was said and when we called to find out the new address, all was okay. I arrived late but life simply went forward and you fit me in. The technicians were both excellent; friendly, knowledgeable, good sense of humour, but straightforward with the job at hand! Dr. Brockbank was excellent as he was years ago when Iirst was a patient He explined things well, was friendly, professional, and reassuring but realistic!

Everything was good except the wait. I did the online sign in a week before .d was a bit early and had to wait about 20 minutes after my appointment. Service was good.

First, Doctor Dodds fit me in his schedule late on a Friday, due to me being out of town. Second, I'm not even a patient of your office. My doctor of 30+ years was out of town. Dr. Dodds is kind. Knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The staff is great as well. I had a ton of questions about billing and working on fitting me in and Brianna (sorry about spelling) was so patient and helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this office. Plan on switching when my regular doctor retires. Thank you:)

Only drawback was waiting 1 hour before being seen.

In the past, waiting for a yearly check up in the waiting room was ALWAYS at least 15 minutes AND AN ADDITIONAL 30-60 minutes in the exam room BEFORE any drops!! We got right in and 3 of us were seen, examined thoroughly (with refraction) and out the door within an hour!!! We all loved Dr. Dodds. He was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable!! First visit yesterday with Dr. Brockbank and his staff. I wasn't looking forward to having to find yet another new doctor, but no choice since my insurance coverage has recently changed. It worked out well. Dr. Brockbank is very professional and seems very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Sariah and Dallas and the other members of his staff were very polite and friendly. The wait time was also acceptable, unlike some doctors who make you wait for 40 or more minutes and then forget you are even there.

As usual, 100% satisfied after being treated by Dr Brockbank.

I was very satisfied with my visit yesterday. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I was concerned that I may be charged with refraction, my friend who was with me and others who I have talked with before said that they are never charged with that service, that Medicare pays for it every place they have gone for eye care.
