Having work done at North Shore Prosthodontics is always painless, quick and perfect, whether it’s a check-up, a filling or a crown. Immaculate, on time, pleasant experienced staff and of course the best dentists around! Always satisfied!!

Wonderful friendly office, especially technicians that work with the doctors. The doctors themselves are amazing explain everything they’re doing before they do it making you feel very very comfortable.... so no wondering what that huge drill lying on their tray is for or what that gigantic needle is for .... The other thing I found is that even when science/logic dictates that no Novacaine should be needed, ( ie. when you’ve had a root canal already, they are still happy to administer novacaine anyway... to allay fears and to ensure that there will be no pain. Additionally my doctor provided verbal reassurance throughout the whole procedure which at least for me with years of nightmare experiences with all the “ oral professionals” was tremendously helpful. I left so relieved and actually really happy that I met such a kind skilled and caring professional.... I don’t I ever arrived so scared and left so happy and relieved as I did leaving Dr. Surks office. I was very happy.

Very professional and well run practice. Dr Korin is extremely skilled and creative in his approach to difficult Prosthodontic problems. A member of my family had what appeared to be an 'impossible to fix problem'. Dr Korin designed a custom bridge that, coupled with oral sergury, provided a workable solution (all things considered). Office appointments are pretty much on time as scheduled. I recommend this practice for Prosthodontic as well as general dentistry services.

I’ve waited a month before providing feedback to ensure that there were no problems. My teeth were chipping, cracking and yellowing. There was no way to hide or cover up, and my family urged me to get something done. My wife went online at Plainview Moms asking for references and Dr. Korin came up several times. After a consultation, I decided to proceed with work that Dr. Korin suggested - six veneers and two crowns. Cutting to the chase, the results far exceeded my expectations. The teeth look great....you would never know they were man made. A few details, viz., - never felt any pain or discomfort (and I have a low pain threshold) - Dr. Korin and his office worked hard to get to pricing and a payment schedule that worked for me - great staff and team. I like Dr. Korin; Jen was great; and the administrative staff was friendly and helpful, especially Bernadette - any issues that were raised were quickly addressed and resolved in my favor. Finally, it’s likely that I will continue using Dr. Korin & Co. in the future as dental issues arise. PS. I would gladly be a “named” reference if that helps future patients.

My son was born with what is called wide-bilateral-clef-lip-and-palate (WBLCLP) He is now 15 years old and in spite of six major surgeries his mouth is far from corrected. He is at the point where he has to wait until he has fully matured before he can have his final surgeries to correct his mouth, remove teeth and put in implants. His mouth is still badly formed with no front teeth and his other teeth are way out of alignment. He can't speak very clearly in spite of years of speech therapy. He also has a lot of difficulties with eating many foods which affects his weight. I have been in search of a temporary solution such as a set of dentures that would give him some front teeth and a way to help him form words better and eat normally. Every dentist and specialist that I've taken him to so far has been unwilling to meet the challenge. That is until I met Dr. Korin. It was my first visit and I was expecting another disappointment. It was going to be a short consultation and already late in the evening as I took the last appointment. Dr. Korin thoroughly examined my son's mouth and facial features and I could see that the "wheels were turning". He asked his assistant, Jenifer, to set up the intraoral camera system and began to explore my son's mouth photographically. He gradually built a complete image that could be turned into a template. By now over an hour had gone by. It didn't end there. When Dr. Korin was finished creating the image, he said he would personally take it to the lab for further processing into a mold for a set of dentures. He then said he would work along side of the technicians to help get through this very complex assignment. I feel we are on our way to a successful outcome and can only say that the experience was one of the best ever during my son's many treatments and I have no doubt that my son will benefit in many ways thanks to the dedication and commitment of Dr. Korin and his equally committed assistant Jenifer.

Got the job done ... no pain. More to come but I anticipate the same professional performance by Dr. Korin, Jennifer and staff.

Dr korin did an excellent job. He is extremely skillled and knowledgeable. He did a great job in matching the color of my veneers to my existing teeth. He worked hard to make sure that my bite would be proper. He very nicely volunteered to put on temporary veneers so I would not have to be at a holiday/family event without looking my best while the lab was making the permanent veneers. His assistant Jena was extremely pleasant and helpful during all of my visits. Tx. Wayne
