I liked that the doctor and staff were very thorough, and that all the work was very carefully done, so there was no pain! Also, costs for procedures were pretty clearly explained to me.

Everyone at North Portland Dental is super friendly and helpful. I used to live in SE and saw Dr. Watson at his Hawthorne location. I was very excited to find out that when I moved to North Portland he had another office that was literally down the street from my new house. Excellent location(s). I love how Dr. Watson has decorated the offices with photos of famous musicians, and of course they are always playing great music. As far as service goes, everyone is easy to talk to and friendly. It might sound funny but I love getting my teeth cleaned. The hygienists are gentle and thorough, and I leave with my mouth feeling brand new! Dr. Watson is very knowledgeable and gives great recommendations and options if there are issues of any kind. The folks at the front desk make scheduling, insurance, and billing effortless and easy to understand. I highly recommend North Portland Dental as one of the best dentist offices in town!

The appointment was on time -and thorough. Xrays were taken... cleaning was short and the concerns they took with a questionable tooth was good.

They are wonderful and caring people who work with an exceptional dentist who really knows his stuff!

I liked the Hygenist and the doctor a lot. I will say that I was a little put off by the slightly excessive push for extra services. I think they may be helpful but it seemed a little premature. Maybe the second visit would be better to inform the patient of further care. Just a thought.

I have been in 3 times for a basic cleaning and exam, replacing old worn metal fillings, and a cap on a cracked tooth. Dr. Watson, Angela, and the whole team are cheerful, helpful and do a great job making sure you undetstand the work, and answering questions, and ensuring I was comfortable. They always follow up the bext day to make sure everything is ok. I am glad to have found their office and plan on using them in the future.

Makes you feel comfortable, very good explanation of your dental needs and cost. Staff makes you feel, like they care. It makes you feel like coming back for more.
