I walked into the Dennis office very nervous but the staff there at all the doctors put me at ease I enjoyed the experience even though I was having my tooth taken out

Service was quick. Did not like tech putting samples of teeth colors inside my mouth to see what matches. Don't know if they were sanitized between patients.

My first visit was an excellent one. The office was able to schedule me and get me in quickly to identify an issue with my dental health. A thorough diagnostic process was used utilizing some of the most modern imaging technology available. Several problem areas were identified and a prioritized treatment was planned. Both Dr. Smith and my hygienist, Maria were both highly skilled and kind. I have found my new dental care office. Highly recommended!

I liked everything. The building, Dr Smith and Victoria. The only complaint I have is small. But it’s a pet peeve of mine. I didn’t appreciate Victoria chewing gum during the first part of my visit. It was better once she put on a mask. I just consider chewing gum unsanitary and unprofessional.

I love your office! My hygienist Megan is a biannual highlight of my year. I get amazingly clean teeth and she truly makes me feel special. Dr Vargas has always been kind and has done her very best to help me meet all my dental needs

Everything was great, except for the cleaning. Victoria was nice enough, but polshing wasn't thorough. I know on the inside of my teeth she started polishing on the bottom a couple of teeth an then drug it across the others while it was spinning. Less than 10 seconds for the bottom. Usually they work 5 to 10 seconds on each tooth. This was more of a swipe and your done. Prior to this it was okay.

Everyone was very nice and informative.

Pricilla was very friendly when I was greeted at front desk. She went out of her way to help gather my insurance credentials . Both Dr. Smith and the Dental Technician very thorough and detailed with my initial diagnosis. They assured my they will help correct any issues with my teeth and gums.

Always happy having my teeth cleaned by Meagan! She is very professional and friendly. She is knowledgeable and she is a great hygienist!

Visited the new Cumming facility, which is truly impressive, and had a CT scan and abutment placed for (yet another) implant, this one on lower left. Dr. Vargas did her usual careful and expert work. There were no complications and almost zero pain afterwards. Truly a remarkable practice because of Dr. Vargas’ skill and caring approach to her patients.

My hygienist was very friendly, kind, considerate and knowledgeable. She informed me of everything she was doing along the way. This was great because for the first time I actually understood what was being done and why. I truly appreciated her wisdom and enjoyed our conversations. And yet, another very pleasant visit to my dentist! I had my routine cleaning which was again, excellent and also a root canal instead of the scheduled filling on another tooth. Dr. Vargas proactively recommended it after reviewing the x-rays, and after about one painless hour I was on my way back to work!; I didn't even need any pain medication. Wonder full dental care, I highly recommend Dr. Vargas and North Atlanta Family Dentistry!

Took time with the visit. It never felt rushed .Very thorough. The best thing is that my mouth is very sensitive ,the Hygienist nor the Dentist hurt me during the cleaning and the exam.

Impressive new Office- updated, comfortable and attractive. All staff members were kind, helpful and made me feel comfortable as a new patient. My hygienist recognized my anxiety from the beginning and helped me relieve that anxiety as the exam went on. She explained what she was doing, had a genuine interest in getting to know me and recognized good dental health as well as shared opportunities. Dr. Smith was kind as well and as a team both made me want to come back in 6 months for another check up vs waiting another two years out of fear or feeling like I needed procedures/treatments that are unnecessay.

This was my experience getting my teeth cleaned. I think the hygienist did a fine job. I was however expecting the dentist to pay a quick visit to look at my teeth and gums to make sure there are not areas for concern, as this has always been my experience for the past 25 years at my former dentist.

Felt very comfortable for my first time in this practice. Dr. Took her time to check my teeth appropriately. Super nice :)

I have really bad teeth they're going to be able to fix them and get my smile back to the way they were very gentle talk me through every step that I needed to be talked through made me feel like I was welcome and didn't keep telling me how bad my teeth were just telling me how we were going to get them done and how they were going to look great didn't make me feel uncomfortable about the way my smile was and for that I'm very thankful highly recommend their staff and the dentist they are very kind and thoughtful people and we will be back to get everything fixed very soon
