The staff are so friendly and they always strive to see me in a whim when I need it. I have always been quickly seen from the waiting time to treatment time.

The doctor and receptionist and assistant were very helpful and personable. There was a good selection of frames to choose from. I will continue to use the office.

I was greeted when I entered the office and made to feel very welcome. I had come in almost 25 minutes early, but everyone was very nice, and I was waited on and taken back early. The staff, the doctor (Koehler), the whole experience was very positive and enjoyable. Everyone in the office from the front desk, to the exam room, to the check out stand, was very positive, helpful, and kind.

I've been going to Normandy Opt. for 30 yrs. Jay is the best. Always get a great fit on the glasses. The prescription is always on target. I've had others fit me for my eye script and they never quite fit and my eyes were over worked.

Everything and everyone involved in my visit on 10-2-19 was fantastic. I was going to make an appt. For a future date, yet they had a small gap in appointments for the day and fit me in right away. The receptionist, the optometrist, the lab tech, everyone at the 21 and hayes location are very professional and down to earth. We had real conversations not just about optometry. They made me feel like i mattered. I will 100% refer this Normandy optical location to everyone i can. I can't speak highly enough about their operation. Thanks again for everything. What a wonderful optical experience! Incredibly friendly staff and Dr. C. Is amazing - he answered all of my questions, gave multiple trials contact lenses until I was satisfied with both the vision and comfort. AND the value was great!! Don't go to a big box retailer for your vision needs. GO TO NORMANDY OPTICAL!
