The person that administered the glaucoma testing today was much nicer than she has been in the past. I don't know if someone gave her an attitude adjustment which she sorely needed but whatever happened thank you.

Unfortunately, I didn’t find out until I arrived that my insurance didn’t cover my appointment which was strange since it was covered last year. I’d already arranged for a babysitter, and we’re about to leave on vacation, so I went ahead with the appointment. I just wish I had been notified ahead of time.

Dr. Hyatt has been my optometrist for over 30 years. I have complet confidence in him. This visit was due to some pain behind my left eye which had progressed from occasionally to every day. He found an eyelash that was growing back toward the pupil, removed it, gave me some drops to administer for a few days. Have had only a couple of tiny incidents of pain since then. Who would have thought!!! Thanks Dr. Hyatt.

Dr. Martin is fantastic, and I thought the exam and service he provided was professional and exemplary. Jessica at the front desk was also wonderful: professional, helpful, clear, and kind. Erica was helping me select a pair of glasses and basically told me that I couldn't get the style that I wanted because it would look bad on me, that my complexion couldn't support something like that. When I asked about rimless glasses, she said I'd be washed out, at which point I said that it's basically like not wearing any glasses and that my regular face looks ok. She made me feel kind of bad for liking what I like and for not liking a pair of more noticeable glasses. At one point, when I tried on a pair of frames I'd selected, she just said, "mm-mm." That didn't feel great, and I didn't feel comfortable or confident about the way my face looked after working with her.

Nashville Eye Group is a very professional, patient-centered and cheerful clinic. I was able to get an appointment on short notice for my eye issue, and had excellent results. Thank you Dr. Hyatt and staff!

Promptly saw me when I called from out of town, coming back to Nashville, and had been diagnosed with a corneal ulcer on the w/e. The optometrist there started me on antibiotic eye drops, but told me I needed to see my optometrist on Monday or Tuesday. I was given an appt for Monday, after driving home, to see Dr. Beem as soon as I could get there. Staff friendly, helpful and prompt. I was seen as soon as I arrived by Dr. Beem. He added another eye drop for me to use and told me he would like to see me again on Wednesday. I see no way for imorovment at this office-it is already at 100%!!!
