We were pleased with the thoroughness of the evaluation of my brother's cognitive evaluation and the information given re: his future appointments with you. The printed information was helpful in preparation for the up-coming appointments and was immediately available to Sutter hospital where he'll have a procedure. I would encourage you to be more personal in your interactions with your patients. It was all competent but all very "clinical" and lacking in warmth. Also, we got no definitive diagnosis which I need as his primary care-giver.

I like the area and the time I was with the Dr was great, but my appointment was at 9 and I didn't get out of there till 11am. If they scedual an appointment for a surten time you should only be in and out within the hour not 2.

We had a good visit with Dr. Yassa. Very informative, professional and interesting. Hope she can figure out what the correct diagnosis.

It was a pleasant experience with the Dr. She scheduled for lots of tests, and we will see. I have severe neuropathy, and I pray that there is a cure, or fix to the problem.

For a 9:30 appointment, we were seen at 11:30. Sitting in the room for almost 2 hours was not very professional.

Always courteous, greets patients with smiles, very welcoming, & Dr. Nadine & her professional team target the illnesses, neurological idiosyncrasies, & really complicated sensitive issues that her patients have; Dr. Nadine works hard to ease the pain, take control of the irritating idiosyncrasies, & virtually takes Victory over the complications. It's remarkable helping the patient to lead a more comfortable, constructed, & confident life. I'm so thankful for the staff here. It's a Miracle place, Child and Adult Neurology!

I found Dr Yassa and her staff to be friendly,attentive, very thoural and professional. She listened to everything I said and ordered a group of tests that resulted in a condition I didn't know about. After which she prescribed treatments. She is a wife and mother and was able to relate to me personally. Office and all rooms were very clean. The waiting time was short and comfortable.
