When I arrived for my appointment the attendant let me know that they were running ten minutes behind. He apologized for that. Then a staff member went over what I should expect during my appointment. A few minutes later I was updated on the fact that they were still running slightly behind. A nurse administered my pre-screening procedures efficiently and professionally. When the doctor came in , he listened carefully to my medical history related to the issue. He did a thorough exam explaining each procedure as he went along. When he made his diagnosis he explained it fully. The. When discussing next steps involving surgery he patiently answered all my questions. He did not appear to feel rushed. I felt like my concerns were important to him.

My mother was hesitant to see a new eye doctor. She's on the other side of the country from the doctor that did her original cateract surgery and had a secondary cateract. Dr Neumeister and all of his staff made her feel comfortable and at ease. The Dr is kind, warm and friendly as were all of the staff. They listened and we're patient with her memory and cognition problems (unofficial Alsheimer's), answered questions and efficiently removed the secondary cateract. She can read again! We couldn't be happier.

Doctor Rick Newmeister is a wonderful doctor, he recommended the best for our dry,, the best artificial tears with no presarvatives, best Omega 3 there is , he's a wonderful doctor.

The day of the procedure there was no anxiety or discomfort. Everything went in a very matter of fact way. This is the professional's Pro shop.

All if the staff from receptionist through the necessary technicians before seeing the doctor, everyone was professional and friendly. Dr Neumeister was also welcoming and informative. My only suggestion is that patients should be scheduled so that there’s not a 45 minute wait from his/her arrival until seeing the technician. The receptionist kept updating the patients who were waiting in the reception area but being nearly an hour behind appointment times, I would suggest that patients be notified by phone or text so that they can reschedule or come 45 minutes later than originally scheduled

Had a recheck on pressure in my eye and got in and out rather nicely

The staff was very helpful, friendly and accomodating and the doctor was excellent.

My appointment went great and I learned a lot of new information about my eyes during my visit. I am already feeling a difference by using the refresh preservative free drops, even thought I didn't know I needed them. I got a great second opinion which was only gotten because my regular eye doctor wanted it. The doctor was nice, knew what he was doing and explained each step as he went along. All the staff was very nice as well, efficient, and willing to help. They kept the patients informed on the doctors schedule (he was running about 25 mins behind due to an emergency) so we all knew why we were still waiting. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an eye doctor or a second opinion.

Excellent care in a calm, friendly environment.

The office staff is polite, efficient and courteous. If I have any questions, the doctor addresses them and gives good feedback on how to address the problem. In addition to this, he is congenial and has outstanding social skills as well as medical knowledge.

All employees make you very comfortable and they are very helpful! A very calming experience.

Pre-op and procedure went very well. Vision in the eye that was done first is very good. Vision this second eye seems to be clearing up. This is just next day after surgery, but I am confident it will be fine also. Thank you, Harvey Houk
