Dr. Brannon Aden always takes time to explain in clear terms the status of my condition (Fuchs). She is always nice and extremely professional. I also had a great experience with the front desk staff (Bobbie and Teina). They were extremely helpful and have such wonderful personalities. I also had a great experience with another assistant(did not get her name). She is an older lady (grand daughter lives with her). She did all of the pre exams before I saw Dr. Aden. Enjoyed talking with her. The last assistant (did not get her name) called my name to go into the exam room and those are the only words that she said to me. She did something on the computer and left the room and said absolutely nothing. However, my overall experience was great.

As always, my experience was excellent. I received a reminder that it was time for my checkup. When I called for an appointment, I got one for the next week. Everyone I encountered the morning of my appointment was friendly, efficient, and professional. Dr. Brannon Aden was thorough and unhurried. She gave me a good report and recommendations for continued care. I am thankful for a medical facility that takes such good care of me.

Wait time was over an hour. Once I was called back from the waiting room, things moved more quickly. However, I didn’t get to see the eye surgeon I was scheduled to see. The technicians were extremely kind and efficient. It ended up that my cataracts were not yet ready for surgery and it was determined that my vision had failed considerably and a new prescription was issued. I was given referrals for lens dispensaries, as Mississippi Vision Correction Center doesn’t handle glasses and contact lenses. Overall, I don’t feel my co-pay of $90 was very well spent, other than to determine that I’m not yet ready for surgery.
