Your staff is well trained and extremely knowledgeable but you are also willing to explain the procedures being recommended with respect and support. I have never felt that I was spoken down to. I haven't been to the dentist in 20 years so I was expecting a the worst possible check up. It was BUT the staff was so great and made me feel as comfortable as possible in a situation that normally would bring on a panic attack. Usually the bill is more painful than the root canal but Gale was so great and did everything possible to make it work for me and my family.

Dr Edwards was incredible- down to Earth, realistic, easy to talk to, etc. Very professional while still going the extra mile to make me comfortable. My experience with him and everyone else was great! Unfortunately the hygienist who did half of my cleaning might have been having a rough day— she wasn’t as friendly as the rest of the office and came off a little condescending/ judgemental. Still, I look forward to returning- and maybe I could be paired with a different hygienist

After over 30 years of going to this office and working with Dr Kanterman, I will be leaving. Not because of the service but because of being asked for a deposit for an appointment. I believe to ask this of long standing clients is ridiculous. I was on the fence about leaving when Cheryl left but this was the deciding factor.

Took your time in answering ALL my questions and asked for a quick second opinion from someone else in the office in needed. I never felt rushed and always left the office with a clear understanding of what I got done, the cost associated with it and what my options were for future procedures. I also really like that I can text questions to the office and the response time is SO quick!

Kate gets an A+. Her demonstration of proper flossing technique was great -- making a Youtube flossing video might be helpful. Dr. Haas is a real pro. She provided a clear assessment of current issues and wisely suggested a conservative treatment approach. As a long-time patient, I am very pleased by the work of your newer staff members. So, if not for your back office we would not have known that our dental ins. changed by mistake which we corrected. Kate is the best hygenist we’ve ever met and worked with. She goes beyond in-office visits to determine a plan for optimal at home dental care. All the dentists are smart, and the most attentive of any office we’ve been. The front deak, back office, hygienist and dentists make rhis the best dental care we knkw of.

Every staff member I spoke with or had an appointment with was incredibly accommodating and very easy to talk to. Definitely would recommend!
