Lisa and Dr. Roemisch moved quickly but efficiently cleaning myself and 2 young children's teeth. Bringing 2 kids and a baby isn't easy but everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Lisa helped keep the older 2 entertained as well as eased their minds about their cleaning by talking with them. Amy helped when I needed to get xrays or allowed me to use her space for the baby as needed. It was a team effort! As they all were when I was younger, they are now like family to my own kids.

I love the Smile Center. I’ve been going there for over 10 years. The staff is warm, friendly and caring. Dr Roemisch is very knowledgeable and has all of the newest equipment and technology. I also take 4 of my teenage children there and they also get top notch care.

I just finished my semi-annual cleaning with Dr. Roemisch & again I am extremely pleased with my dental experience. As a kid & even now, there is that apprehension when walking into the dentist office, but from the moment you walk in the front door you’re greeted by Amy who makes you feel right at home. Then there is dental hygienist Lisa who talks to you, as she gently cleans & polishes your teeth, making any fears disappear. Lastly, Dr.Roemisch reviews x-rays & pictures taken with his state of the art equipment & discusses any concerns. On this particular visit, I had questions regarding Invisalign & anti-snoring devices. Dr. Roemisch explained options & the process while Amy reviewed my dental insurance to see what was covered. I hadn't been to Middletown Smile Center in over three years (as I had moved to Michigan). I recently moved back to Ohio and knew I wanted to return to Middletown Smile Center and Mark Phillips DDS. I was surprised to find out that Dr. Phillips had retired. However, I love the staff at the smile center and figured I would give the new doctor (David J. Roemisch) a chance. My experience was the same as it was three years ago and I was thoroughly pleased. Once you come here, you'll never want to see another dentist. It's a cozy and immaculate office with an amazing staff. You will not be disappointed.

Had a tooth start getting sensitive about 7 days ago,kept getting worse thought I might have infection. Tried taking ibuprofen 800mg to no avail for the pain. Called Middletown smile center on Sunday and left a message. They returned my call Monday and set up an appointment for Teusday. Dr. Roemisch gave me 2 options for my cracked tooth,try to save it with a root canal and a crown but no guarantee it would work, or have it extracted the decision woukd be mine. I ask him his opinion and he said extraction would probably be best. I valued his opinion and went with it. As he was oulling the tooth the roots broke off complicating the procedure explaining things as he went, both he and Angel,his assistant,made sure I was ok as they proceeded. It took some time to get the roots out but they worked diligently and finished. After they were finished I apologized for making the procedure so difficult they said these things happen. The whole time they worked on me they made sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend them. Thanks to Dr. Roemisch and the whole staff.

Sorry but this feedback is negative. Your prices are to high. You don't work with your patients with payment arrangements therefore, i could never become an active patient. Some of us lives paycheck-to-paycheck and don't have 1500 dollars to write you a check. If you wamt to succeed then you must learn to work with the middleclass clients more closely. That is were your market is going to be. After all, there are more middleclass citizens then they are rich ones. Good luck because i see you are going to need luck.

When I go the dentist it is like visiting family not going to get your teeth checked. They are very friendly and professional.

I was there to have my permanent crown placed but Dr Roemisch carefully evaluated the fit and apologized that he had to send it back for some adjustments. I really appreciated that he was diligent and conscientious and caring enough to provide me with the perfect fit.

We love all the staff in the office. They are all so nice and pleasant. The service we get is exceptional. We tell everyone we know they should come there.

Today was actually my very first dental cleaning and I thought I was gonna have to get my gum num but Ms Lisa did such an amazing job, got through my whole month no pain at all, I was more enjoying the TV show that was on (home remodeling). I will continuously go there cuz they knw what they doing and Ms Lisa been doing this over 20+ years that's probably why and she's experience the reaction people get so she knows how to do this like no other. Thanks again Ms Lisa my tooth feels so much lighter and cleaner and I know for fact they were bad. Oh they also give bag goodies 2 toothpaste, toothbrush and 2 thing of floss.
