The team in the pottervile location is great they are very helpful and knowledgeable. I drive from okemos to come to gentle dental worth the drive everytime. The hygienist are so good at what they do I never had any cleaning hurt or bleed from how they handle my teeth. I feel as they actually care about your teeth and that they want you to have a healthy smile.

Amber takes care of my teeth now and she seriously is gentle. And I saw quite a few kids there. I'm glad I changed dentists and found GENTLE DENTAL.

Since the Charlotte office was booked, they didn't think they could get me in. They did however! The dentist and staff went above and beyond to make sure I wouldn't be in pain through the weekend. Teeth were cleaned very well. Was disappointed to find out you did not have an oral surgeon at your place of business. I thought all dental necessities were performed at your office according to your full page advertisement. But I found the other office with no problems after calling for explicit directions and the surgery went pretty good. Was treated very nice by your employees. Thank you.

Very nice & accommodating staff. Only downside is that with their success they stay so busy that they sometimes give the impression of being short on time. Thoroughness is never an issue, it's just that the demeanor of the staff comes across frazzled & rushed, leading me to feel a bit uncomfortable & self conscious.

Let me start by saying, I never fill these feedback things out, but this time I feel I must ! The young ladies that did the work for my temporary crown were very professional, courteous, kind, and just little entertaining. A little laughter never hurt anyone. Thank You Dear Ladies of Gentle Dental for putting me at ease. ( Hope this don't get you in trouble........I still think I should get the good guy discount.)

As usual my experience there was pretty much the same, everyone is very cordial and professional and smiling. The only bad report I have is that the new lady doing my teeth cleaning was a bit aggressive with the tools and went into my gum more than once. It became a little painful and reminded me why most people don't like going to the dentist.

Ginger at the front was friendly and helpful. Loved our hygienist (forgot her name) but she was so sweet with Dryden. Dentist worked quickly, but interacted well with my little guy. Dryden loved the sunglasses and was happy to be able to watch Disney.

I'm never sure what to expect when I come. I think I have finally established that relationship with Dr. Lazell that is so vital. Even though there was quite extensive work we made it through. Probably my best visit ever.
