I called on Tuesday August 13, and left a voicemail, since it was about 12:15 pm, lunchtime. I stated I was experiencing some pain and discomfort in my lower right jaw. The office called me back about 1:20pm, and stated they were booked for the afternoon. The receptionist stated they could see me tomorrow. I told her I’m off today, but I have to work tomorrow. She told me to hold on, then got back on the phone, and told me to come in right away. I arrived at the office, and was in the examination room within 5 minutes.I was very impressed by the genuine concern, and professionalism of the entire staff. Dr Masera was also very thoughtful, and discussed my situation very thoroughly. I am thankful, that I was treated with such respect, especially since I was not a regular patient. Hector M Moreno

I was very impressed with Dr. Masera and his staff. Everyone was very cordial and professional. Dr. Masera took his time to explain everything and made an appropriate referral (rather than trying to sell unnecessary procedures). He has a valid and conservative plan of treatment and will work with the periodontist to save my teeth. Dr. Masera is the only dentist I am not afraid to visit, and I trust him implicitly. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Like many I get “white coat” high blood pressure when going to any type of doctor but for some reason more so Dentists. However, it Is all for nothing when I visit Dr Mesera’s office. Everyone is so friendly and gentle! Especially Dr Masera! When is the last time you had a doctor/dentist call you after a serious visit at night checking on you himself? Right...well Dr. Masera does and in my books that makes him replaceable!!!

I have had a tough two years with a great loss of vision and old age ataxia. If one is a reliable person about most things you are embarrassed to call whenever you have neglected your teeth!
