Excellent friendly staff who all treated me with care and concern.

Staff was wonderful and Sue was very patient while we picked out glasses. There are so many to choose from and she helped by telling what looked good on me and I felt good about my decision of the ones I picked.

I was late and you rescheduled me two hours later in the day, I was annoyed, but I did appreciate that you got me in the same day. The front desk, reception area, both receptionist were very professional. They worked hard to find my insurance benefits. The First lady that tested my eyes was very personable, she made me feel very comfortable. I had a student doctor she was thorough, the eye doctor, Awesome! There was a guy helping me pick out glasses, very animated personality, and I appreciated his help. He is fun. I gave you folks five stars because all of you went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Your show room is beautiful. You all were festive for the holiday, three blind mice was clever ladies. andyour team work is great. I worked an eye docter on the early 80’s, and we were boring. I would highly reccomend you. Thank you for the great service.

Dr. Schmitt was very attentive and thorough. I was seen immediately upon calling for a corneal abrasion from my daughter kicking me in the eye. She checked on me weekly until I was healed. I highly recommend this office. Great supporting staff as well. Very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

Dr. Schmidt is the best eye Doctor I’ve ever been to. She embodies the relaxed yet professional atmosphere I’ve experienced at each visit to MVC Milford. She’s a great listener too and has been excellent at providing the right vision solution for my needs. Nik is terrific as well and honestly he has been an integral part of each of my experiences at MVC. It may sound cliche’ but they make you feel like family while doing business with you.

The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. They helped me pick out frames, Then went over exactly how much everything would cost with my insurance before I even saw the doctor. This way, there were no surprises when i checked out! I definitely recommend this place.

As a new patient, so far the staff has been friendly and welcoming. Office area is open and inviting. State of the art equipment is excellent.

I had a really good exam experience and was given the chance to ask questions and was not rushed. I had plenty on time to look at frames ... (I wish there were more teenage frame choices)

I had a great exam visit , was able to get many questions answered and I was given a number of options that could work for me in what I needed for glasses ... they were patient with me as I ask for them to repeat or clarify something about my eyes ... sadly I was not at impressed with the selection of frames ... I struggled to find one that I only remotely liked ... over all I am pleased with my visit and will continue to come for eye exams for my family !

I had a great experience. The doctor was very knowledgeable and a very nice person. I had been going to a large chain for the last few years, I almost forgot what is was like to have a professional eye exam. There was no rushing through and it reminded me that an eye doctor was really a doctor not someone rushing to sell something. The eyeglass selection is impressive. I’m very happy to have chosen MVC.

I was pleased with the thorough exam I received. The optician was able to adjust my current pair of glasses so that I can now use them - thank you! The only negative in this experience was how the first optician, who was asked BY THE DOCTOR to help me after the exam, shook her head and placed more importance on setting up a display case instead of serving a customer. She would not still be working for me👎

The staff was courteous and kind. There was a minimal wait time (barely enough time to fill out paperwork). The doctor was very nice and efficient. We weren't there any longer than we needed to be. He took the time to answer my questions and explained what he was doing each step of the way. Evelyn is 7 and this was her first trip to the eye doctor. He put her completely at ease, which I really appreciated.

The reception staff was very nice and personable and so were the women that helped with choosing frames. The first eye dr I saw was a woman and was very nice and nice to my son and the next one was a male and was rushed, rude to my 5 year old son and seemed annoyed and distracted. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise it was great and I can't wait to get my new glasses!
