I was completely pleased with the examination. Also the doctors recommendation for a surgery.

I had a team of wonderful women spend time to help me pick out just the right glasses. Then, I got a piece of a contact stuck in my eye TWICE - the staff and docs got me in right away to remedy the situation. Customer service is great.

Very friendly and didn’t pressure me in making a decision that day. However I also forgot to asked the eye doctor if I can do contacts again. I lad lasik surgery about 17 years ago and now need to go back to eye classes which I prefer to go with contacts.

As a stroke patient I was very happy to have easy access to the technology to evaluate my vision and the treatment which should improve my vision. Everyone I dealt with was professional and supportive. And I had great help designing my new glasses. Very happy with my experience.

As always I was pleased with the staff and physicians expertise and professionalism. However I was at the office nearly two hours mostly waiting. Took time out of work for the appointment and they seemed to have total disregard for the length of time wiring in an exam room staring at the walls. That said I am highly pleased with the care and since the wait is unusual would chalk it up to a bad day. My suggestion would be to better communicate wait times and offer a magazine to patients waiting in exam rooms.

Was a good initial visit. All meetings with personnel went very well. Am anxious to receive new frames and lenses after the new year to correct left eye corrections.

I had a very thorough exam and the person who helped me select frames was incredibly helpful. She was able to select numerous frames that fit my face, was incredibly patient , honest and made me feel as tho she had all the time that was needed to make sure it was perfect!

Waiting time is a pleasure while having a political discussion with the front help and sharing some good Dunkin Donut coffee. I should have arrived sooner as all those mini-donuts were gone. Great customer service! The entire staff from the receptionist to doctors were very friendly and helpful. My doctor was informative. He explained in detail my x-rays and type of prescription I needed as well. They also have a great selection of eyewear. Not too many to overwhelm you but enough to pick a good pair.

The doctor is there when you need him; even in a snow storm🤓 when his employees couldn't be there to support him.

Very friendly and thorough. Only thing to bring up is the wait. Waited about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be taken. After the preexam, had to wait another 20 minutes or so to meet with Dr. Overall the entire appointment from the scheduled start time to when I left took nearly 2 hours.

Friendly staff

I went to Merrimack vision care to get a pre op for eye surgery. The staff and the doctors very professional with me and also very patient and courteous. The testing took longer than I expected but in the end I was able to get a very comprehensive answer on whether I should go for LASIK or PRK. I highly recommend, as Dr. Francis is highly experienced and knowledgeable and his interns are really good at their jobs.
