Really had no idea what I was going into when it came to a vision test. This was my first one I have ever had outside of the school ones they used to give. Every one at the office was really helpful and nice. I had no idea what kinda glasses or what would be best for my eyes and the person that helped me looked over the results they got and she recomend what she thought would best help me and save money in the long run. Would really recommend this place to anyone that is going to get glasses or is going for the first time.

Front desk greeted us when we walked in, very pleasant. Doctor was SUPER patient with my figgy son (on the spectrum), and we were able to get his eyes dyalated for the 1st time, to get accurate prescription. Thank you.

I had an unexpected issue with eye pain over the weekend and they got me in early Monday morning. They listened and quickly diagnosed my problem and had me and my eye feeling better quickly. Always great service from everyone at MVC.

Friendly and thorough

My eye doctor was extremely thorough and because of this she discovered an ocular melanoma. This is a very rare eye cancer that only happens to 6 people in a million. She made sure I had a follow up appointment with an eye specialist the next day.

I lost my glasses a year and a 1/2 ago . It was my first pair of glasses & I had , a terrible experience with the exam I had the first time , with a different eye doctor . I was 100% impressed with my experience at Merrimack Eye . The Dr. Was awesome & the person doing the exam was awesome as well. The people in the lab were great too . As I sat in my car, I was early, before the office opened, one of the office personal sent me a smile on her way into the office- I knew it would be a good visit. The young woman who did my advance test was pleasant, patient, and encouraging. The doctor (with his two observers) was pleasant and professional. I appreciated having an explanation of the results of the tests and changes to be aware of in the future. The woman who helped me purchase the glasses allowed me plenty of time to select my frames and checked for discounts that I might be able to make use of. It was a very successful visit.

Examined my left eye shortly after it turning bright red during my flight from Orlando to MHT. Talked to me about what she thought and had great patience while speaking to me.

First, I thought I already gave my feedback on my computer, but here goes again. I was very pleased with the visit and felt that the techs and doctors were friendly, responsive to my queries and professional. The front desk staff are pleasant and efficient greeters and are a great way to begin my trip through the various testing rooms. I really love that I am never pressured to purchase prescription glasses. Suggestion: offer decent readers at competitive prices. I would buy some from you if they were competitive with, say...Walmart. All in all, I love you guys. I feel confident that I am always tested and diagnosed correctly.

Dr Harris is the best

My visit was great, I did wait 20 minutes and no one was in the waiting room, but other than that once I got into the office everything moved quickly.

My 12 year old son had something in his eye. It was painful and scary. Merrimack Vision took us within 45 minutes of calling the office. The doctor was patient and understanding towards my son. The visit was quick and painless. All is well now.

The whole experience was great. Everyone explained as they went along. The tech that helped me pick glass frames had a good eye for style He asked just enough questions and then successfully picked my new glasses I wouldnt have been able to do it on my own. I would have gotten frustrated and left

Great personal care given

Max is trying his new Chromagen lens and says that they are helping him read faster and with less fatigue. He used to always hate reading, would yawn, get tired/red eyes after just a page of reading. I think these lens will help him read the material on his long end of year exams (10th grade). I think he's one of the first patients in the office to try these new Chromagen lens out. As a new patient, I was pleased with my exam and the doctor. Although, the woman who fitted me for glasses was nice, I did not appreciate that she had a bad cold. She should not have been working especially in a position where she is touching glasses etc. I was not comfortable with that experience as I do not want to catch a cold. I think management should have looked at that a bit better.
