I went in for teeth cleaning and the technician went far beyond normal service to prepare me for a needed deep cleaning—excellent care!

Everyone was so friendly and efficient. I had a great experience.

All was well during cleaning.New hygienist thorough and friendly. Dr. Shirley, always patient and gentle. Kim was also very helpful with the billing. However, the area around the two temporary crowns is very chewed up and sore. If the irritation and inflammation does not subside over the weekend, I will call on Monday to have this checked. Meanwhile, I continue brushing and rinsing with water and a little peroxide.

Per usual you guys do it all right.you You are punctual-minimal wait times,my teeth were exquisitely cleaned, all of the staff are friendly and social.

I only got the free exam and x-rays done at the office. The areas that I entered appear to be neat and orderly. Mrs. Dr Mercer was very nice and informative Unfortunately I will not be going back to doctor Mercer's office because it is too far from where I live. I thought the office would be near a relative who lives on Baseline in Rancho Cucamonga. I could visit my cousin and visit the dentist office on the same day. Unfortunately the office was much farther west on Baseline then I anticipated

The Hygienist was excellent, Alex (sp?). Very efficient and professional, friendly and kept me informed as to what was going on and good recommendations. Miss Michelle but you have an excellent replacement.

Hygienist Brandy was very careful and explained each step of procedure, which was very helpful, especially to my son with autism.

Front office staff is always very friendly. I miss Tanya. She is the best😂😂😂

Great! Staff ! Great! Work ! Makes you feel Very comfortable, because of the Experience they have not like the last experience I had At Covina dental group.I was Over charged and secondly my crown fell off 3 times within 2 1/2 years crappy job.

I’m only 15 & going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do, but Dr Tom made me feel so comfortable! It made my procedure much more tolerable! I don’t like dentists but I do like Dr Mercer

The staff is absolutely wonderful they try to accommodate you anyway they can! And both Dr. Tom and Shirley are outstanding dentist I’ve gone to them for over 25 years now.

They are current on the latest dental techniques and always does a fantastic job with how they walk me through explaining what’s on the Xrays and what they are recommending for my treatment. My son is autistic and this was the first tine for him to visit dentist. I was very worried at first since he usually gets scared and dights against the treatment. However, the treatment for him went well (He had cleaning and treatment for rotten tooth) and he did not seem scaredand followed directions effectively. I aporeciate the entire team at the office.

My family and I have been going to the Mercers for several years for our dental needs. Because of Insurance changes, we had to go to other dentists in the area, but were never happy with the them. We would always return to the Mercers, where we received excellent care. The staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them.

My cracked tooth had a temp cap put on same day I called and permanent crown shortly thereafter. Appt easy to schedule, sraff are always friendly and Dentists are very good and efficient in what they do. Never had a better dentist facility. Highly reccomend Mercer and Mercer.

Mercer & Mercer is the best dental clinic I know. Here’s why: They respect your time: you don’t wait for hours in the waiting room or the cubicles. If your appointment is at 3, they are ready at 3. They are compassionate and caring about eliminating pain. They are very, very good dentists; my crowns fit perfectly and my fillings are invisible! They have state of the art equipment. All their staff is very customer-service oriented. I love this place and their excellent service :-)

Michelle and Dr. Tom are the best! And Kim is a keeper—if the practice does not have good support staff, your billing and scheduling is an ugly mess. Since Kim came on board, I have had no problems with billing or scheduling. Dr. Tom is gentle and fair—this is an honest practice. Michelle is an excellent hygienist and my teeth feel amazing after she cleans them.

Kim is always so sweet and friendly. Dr. Tom is also sweet and friendly and very easy to talk to. The only reason I gave a four instead of a five is because the shot hurt me. But Dr. Tom is extremely gentle and I love the fact that he really numbs me well with Novocain before a filling. I hate having dental work done, but that is no reflection on your office. If I have to get dental work done., your office is the only place I go. Thank you.

Well I started using the water pik and now it seems that my teeth really don't feel clean unless I use it. So thanks for that and my teeth look great because of it. I also started using an electric toothbrush. The changes are noticeable. The visit was good. Michelle was great! I mean that in a dentist setting kinda way.

The staff is friendly and kind. They had already researched my insurance coverage before my appointment. The hygienist was AMAZINGLY gentle and extremely thorough! A couple of front lower teeth tent to be sensitive, but she never made me uncomfortable! The Doctor was equally kind and gentle!

This dentist office is fantastic. Both doctors are excellent; their work is first-class and they are very kind and compassionate regarding pain. The staff is remarkable as well; everybody here is kind and friendly and there is a very pleasant ambiance in the place. The office assistant, Kim, is very helpful with everything regarding your insurance and really works hard to accomodate you for appointments. I most definitively recommend this office!

The experience was great, as I knew it would be. I think it’s been 15 plus yrs. For me, I don’t consider myself vain regarding my dentures. I am 72 now, and got my first set five days before I turned 21. That was so personal for me. Dr. Shirley Mercer, has always made me feel she understood it has never been vanity, it’s been fear. Being silent about my teeth is like she has given me an Oscar !! And no one appreciates it more than me!
