The Hygienist was friendly and thorough, The dentist that checked me was nice and helpful. I will say that the water pick she used has the worst noise in the world (worse then forks on plates). I tolerated it but it would be better if it didn't screech so much.

Your decision to use permanent cement to re-cement my crown cost me $1,100. If you had used temporary cement, it could have been saved.

I was DISAPPOINTED to hear that I can't make payments to get my Crown done, but have to pay up front in full. I had another crown done recently and I was able to do pymnts. and paid it off within a few mos. I really don't want a humungous dental bill.

The confirmation text message I received said my appointment was at 12:40, but when I arrived I was told it was in the book for 1:00. I get paid hourly, so the extra 20 minutes in the waiting room were not well spent.

After having been an MSD patient for several years and then driving away (!) most of the team I was accustomed to via retirement and relocation, this was my first experience with both the hygienist (Lisa? hope that's correct, I wasn't listening closely, just wondering how she would compare to Theresa, my past usual) and Dr. Rognlien. I was more than pleased that my MSD experience remains a pleasant one. The transition feels seamless. I'm sorry to see familiar faces leave, but am more than happy with the new ones. NOTE: you might want to change the script on Dr. Rognlien's web page; it doesn't match his video, which names 3 kids, while the script still lists just two.

My 6 yr old daughter was up all night with a terrible tooth ache. I spoke with Amber in the morning and she got us an appt at 1030. A cancellation at 9 popped up and she called back to see if we could come in then (She clearly sensed my urgency during our 1st phone call). Ellyn and Dr. Derek figured out the problem and squeezed her in for treatment that morning so we wouldn't have another sleepless night. That was much appreciated!

My son was hesitant to see a different dentist at MSD. He had even asked if we could just get his tooth checked out, but have any work scheduled for when Dr Freideck returned. Raquel is GREAT! I previously had worked with Stacy and since she left Raquel has been super to me. I hadn't been to the dentist is approx. 7 years? and Stacy did 4 quad cleanings to get me back into shape and when she left I was leery about seeing someone else but Raquel has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

Extreme tooth pain for a few days. Was able to get in the following day after I called. Dr. Carlson was very helpful in showing and telling me the options I had for treatment. If anything, there was more information than what I really needed. But, in the end it was my decision to have the tooth pulled.

I love Dr. V! He is the best dentist I have ever known and I love his holistic approach. I was frustrated that I was not told before the panoramic x-ray that I would need to pay 100% our of pocket as I was not aware until after. This was one thing that made me left the previous dentist as it happened a few times and I could not afford it anymore.

I recently had an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. The appointment went very well. I was due for an updated look at all of my teeth, via some type of scan. I didn't understand why, until both the technician and Dr. Van Gordon explained it to me. So by understanding why the scan was needed and what they can learn from it, it put my mind at ease as to the state of my gums and roots of my teeth. After that explanation I was pleased to have that done. Thank you to all of you that work at Menomonie Street Dental, my experience was wonderful.

Being smiley, helpful, and upbeat are seen as the cornerstones of quality customer service. When staff members are smiley, helpful and upbeat customers feel comfortable because the office environment is "welcoming". This is a good thing. When I walk in to the office at Menomonie Street Dental i feel much more then just "comfortable" or "welcomed" I genuinely feel loved. It is as if an office full of positive people want nothing more then to be my best friend. It's like going to a dinner party and every guest finds your life story REALLY interesting and wants to share their's. When the staff asks "how are you?" They are really asking!! That want to know how I am mentally, emotionally and physically. I'm a bit taken aback by the grounded attention given by the staff, I want them to go away so they can shower some of that love on other people. And then there is my dentist. Good God, that man is fantastic!! I know that my teeth and jaws are important parts of my body, but he speaks about them with such passion and gravitas you'd think they were vital organs on par with brain, heart and lungs. In fact THAT IS HOW I FEEL ABOUT MY TEETH NOW!! They are not second fiddle, but an integral part of my whole body system. Having healthy teeth is just as important as having a healthy heart! Mind you, my dentist is not preachy or paternalistic, he try's hard (and succeeds) to speak to me as a humble adviser. He truly fights for my best interests and if I made a decision which he did not agree with, I believe he would not hold it over my head, but simply and kindly voice his disapproval and gently guide me back to the right path with education, encouragement and a vision of better health. I could write for hours about how great Menomonie Street Dental is...but I won't, I will end by saying to all the staff thank you so much for your genuine hearts and tireless work, you are the standard I measure all my health care providers by now.
