I had no waiting time for my appointment. I was helped immediately. My appointment was for a laser treatment, which has been very helpful in managing my pain, but I inquired about receiving an adjustment while I was there. I was pleasantly accommodated. Very personal and caring.

Excellent modern care with very experienced chiropractors and massage therapists. I have an old back/hip injury and though my pain never leaves perminantly, I havw found I get relief with massage and the McCowan Chiropractic clinic.

The way you deal with me personally, allowing me to ask all the questions I wanted and give me the answers, I could understand. Main thing there seems to be less pain there today. Where it had been hurting so bad.

I appreciate Kelly, seeing me so fast. He is friendly and, kind , he puts me at ease. I get my issues taken care of within a few visits. Add Elsie, the massage therapist and between the two, I feel great. They are a great team.

Overall excellent experience! The only thing I would say is that the electronic activator is a little stronger than the manual and I was very very sore, in pain even for 2 days after.

I had a dirt bike accident 2 years ago and and injured my hip. It stopped me from doing the things I love and ended rupturing into chronic pain . For 2 years I tried to get help, but nothing seemed to help. I saw several doctors, and was getting chiropractic treatments. I ended up going to physical therapy, getting cortisone shots, had and MRI and Xrays and no one could figure out what was wrong or how to help me. I saw my naturopath and she referred me to Dr McCown. I've seen him 3 times and he examined me more thoroughly than anyone else in 2 years has. He has adjusted me 3 times and used laser therapy on me twice and this is the most relief I have had in a long time. I am confident over time I will be able to resume a life free if pain. I am very thankful to have met the McCown's and would recommend them to anyone who is having chronic or acute pain.

My chiropractor, Kelly, has done a wonderful job with my knee and my shoulder. He has used a laser on my knee that is comfortable and warm. This has healed my knee pain and now I’m able to work out again on my knee without excruciating pain. I experience no pain now. My shoulder and upper body is pain free as well with the chiropractic part of the treatment. I am now working out Pain free. I am so happy to have the mobility back in my body to get back into shape. His treatments have been a blessing to me. I’m sixty years old and, with Kelly’s help I’m now able to get back on track. I’m enjoying my activities now pain free. I am very grateful for the results I have gotten. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Came in to see Dr Kelly with a lot of lower leg cramping and pain in both legs that had flared up over the past 2 weeks. I was behind on my monthly checkups with him by several months. I could actually feel I was getting better walking back to my car. That night was my first night in weeks without pain. Now 2 weeks later it has not returned & I am back to normal.

The gun technique to chiropractic was good. But I would like at least a couple hands on adjustments, I feel like it brings more immediate relief.

Office staff and Chiropractors are very knowledgeable and kind. They’re adjusting is very gentle. They use an activator vs twist and crack methods. They also have beds that you walk up to and it lays you on the table instead of having to climb up on a table for adjusting. Highly recommend them!

Dr. McCown is very knowledgeable and knows me and the common pain/problem areas I have issues with on my body. He has always been able to help me get feeling better. On my most recent visit, he was able to fit me in to his busy schedule on short notice and help me with some neck pain that I was dealing with. I left with no pain and have been doing well since.
