I had gone to the wrong office, and once I got there, the staff was very nice even though I was late for my appointment, which I know was a setback for them. Dr. Hillman was super concerned that I was comfortable and in no pain while he had to go deep in tissue to prepare me for a crown. I was happy that Meredith was very experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful . I wish more places would be as kind and courteous and focused on their patients as Martin Dentistry.

Having some what a little problem. Needed appt. fast and they took the time to get me worked in at a reasonable time. My hygienist was super nice and very efficient.

I had an impacted wisdom tooth extracted. The procedure was much less stressful and far less painful afterward compared to my last wisdom tooth extraction! Having a steroid pack instead of pain pills really seemed to be a knowledgable choice that helped me recover in less pain, the difference has been rematkable. Dr. Joiner and all the staff make me feel comfortable every time, despite my awful anxiety with dental visits.

The girl that has been the actual work on my teeth is the best in have ever had. Suggestion: from one Health care worker (RN) to another ... you might not want to use that terminology with women. I was not offended but some might be.

After leaving my regular dentist, who wasn’t able to help me with my severe tooth pain; this place was awesome! They got me in that day, found the problem and was great at explaining what was going on and the next steps. The people who work their made the environment great, from the lady at the desk to the dentist. I have already told about 20 people about this and me and my wife are switch to this dentist office from now on! High fives for no tooth pain!

Dr. JOINER BELIEVES, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, FOR A PATIENT TO HAVE NO PAIN. I AM A 70 year old female who has always been beyond petrified of dentists. For my last visit he had to pull 4 teeth. He called in a prescription to my pharmacist to help with my anxiety. This was my best ever visit to a dentist! The office staff has also been wonderful with handling my insurance and calling in my prescription. I have been recommending Dr. Joiner to my friends. Thank you Martin Dentistry!

I was having tooth pain and needed to be seen. They were more than happy to help. I got in next day, which worked well for me. I wasn’t there 3 minutes before I was called back. The hygienist was very friendly and listened to my complaint. She took time to explain what all she was doing and showed me the xrays and pictures. Dr. Joyner was fantastic. He, too, took his time and explained everything. After examining me, he could not rule in or out a cracked tooth. Instead of guessing, he referred me to an endodontist. I liked that. Some people would go ahead and schedule a root canal and not worry about it. They all asked me to call if my pain became worse before I saw the specialist. A lot of doctors say that, but few really mean it. I am extremely confident that, if I need help, they will be there to help me. I’m very happy with Martin Dentistry.

Minimal wait time. My DDS Dr Joined was proactive and took care of an issue other DDS did not address. DDS is a straight shooter who gives direct answers.

I was recommended to check them out by some patients there...Jeanie and Don Jackson...and they were right. And I think they're a little less expensive than some of their competitors. I live in Greeneville but wanted someone outside of here. I'm going to try to get my hubby in board!

Needed a new dentist. Had a bad experience with the last one I had went to. The dentist was nice but the assistant was not. I read some reviews on Martin Dentistry and decided to try them. I was so nervous but Melissa and Dr. Joiner were great! They were patient and kind. I will highly recommend them. I have a new dentist. So happy. Thank you all for being so nice to me. I would highly recommend your dentistry! I had some bad luck with dentists in the past that lead me to have some tooth pain that was sensitive to the cold. My previous dentist wouldn’t do nothing but recommend other dentists to maybe do a root canal for me. Well the pain went away with my tooth for about a year, and seddonly it hit me. I had went through the most pain that I have ever went through, with my tooth ach. I couldn’t even explain in words how bad the pain was. I couldn’t sleep that night and dealing with the pain. I called my regular dentist the next day that I was going to, and he was on vacation and the dentist office called another dentist to find them to be on vacation as well. My wife googled and found Martins Dentistry and it seemed to be my best bet. Martins Dentistry got me in that day at a reasonable hour. I had to drink cold ice water constantly to numb the tooth to ease the pain. The staff brought me in there numbed my tooth and brought my pain scale down to zero. They told my I had two options they could pull it or give me a root canal right now on the spot. I was shocked I wasn’t expecting them to be able to do a root canal and even work it out and do it right then and now. The staff came and gave me options and explained payment and even was able to work out a payment plan for the root canal zero percent APR for 12 months. Got the root canal went really well and awesome Dr and staff. Dr explained ever thing very well, and was easy going, and seemed to care for my well being. The staff even called me the next day to check up on me. So if you would ask if I would go back most definitely, highly recommend. Thanks Martin Dentistry and staff.

The staff at Martin Dentistry are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The medical personnel do not hurry or give care in an impersonal way. They take the time to educate patients on the state of their oral health and to answer all questions. They also do a great job. They habe the trust of my entire family and my children dont fear a trip to the dentist because of the atmosphere and the high level of care at Martin Dentistry.

I had an emergency crown done. Staff was amazing about working me in. My crown fits perfect with no discomfort. Made sure I was comfortable and I was numb before doing procedure. Cant say enough great things about Dr and staff.

My dentist retired a few months back. My teeth are in good health so I was in no hurry to find a new dentist. One day my Maryland bridge that had been in for years came loose & fell out. My priorities changed. My co-worker recommended Martin Dentistry so I sent an email from your website. I got a call soon afterwards, scheduled an appointment for that afternoon and got the bridge reinstalled. The lady at the desk was familiar with my insurance so paperwork was minimal. Took about an hour total to take care of the bridge problem on the same day I initiated the contact. I only wish you guys would handle my car repairs, vacation planning, retirement account, work problems, and offer a personal secretary to handle everything else!! Let me know if you ever expand to cover those services. I've scheduled a regular cleaning/check-up and look forward to dealing with you for my dental needs in the future.

Everyone was very pleasant to deal with, listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions.

I recently had a root canal and a cap installed in one sitting. Martin Dental has all the latest digital imaging equipment to make the cap on site in about 20 minutes therefore making a return visit not necessary. I was never in any pain and the dentist kept me informed during the entire procedure. I even got to see the CNC machine making my cap. I highly recommend them.
