It was great, getting braces barley hurts while getting braces on then they give you the stuff you really need.

We have had a wonderful experience from start to finish with both our kids. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and happy to explain everything. The front office is kind, efficient and professional. We have never had to wait more than 5 minutes, even for appointments we have been a few minutes late. The billing department was helpful and involved in clearing up some insurance confusion all while maintaining patience and a wonderful manner. Dr. Marcel is great with the kids and we appreciate how he addresses them with respect and the knowledge that this is their treatment. He is a talented orthodontist and he was spot on with the kids’ timelines. We couldn’t be happier with our experiences...this is the best medical office experience we have EVER had! Thank you all!!
