Excellent staff and service. Very prompt and dedicated service. While there I felt like their only priority. The Dr. Was also great, very thorough. He found a condition, and cause of my inability to comfortably wear contacts on my first visit. A condition that went undiagnosed by multiple other providers.

On time, thorough exam, well-explained. Front end friendly. Preliminary tests had to be repeated, but there was a lot going on, kids and training new staff. Overall pleasant experience.

I had my first visit yesterday after moving to NY from NC. I was referred by my grandson and daughter and was very pleased with everyone on your staff, including reception, the technicians whi did the preliminary prescription and eye readings, Dr. Malara himself, and lastly your optician who helped me purchase lenses. Waiting time is too long. My appt was for noon, and I didn't see the Dr. until 12:45. I've noticed I've had to wait longer than usual the past few times I've been there.
