Every time I go to Dr. Mackenzie’s office, the staff is always kind, helpful and understanding of my situation. They were the ones that have helped me with my cavities when my dad had not taken me to the dentist for a long time. They always send me cards around the holidays too which is something I have never had before! They’re so considerate! Most importantly though, they have helped me so much with my dental health and helped me make sure I knew what to do to properly maintain my teeth and gums. Thank you all again!

Dr. Mackenzie was cool under pressure when a drill bit broke off in my mouth. Somehow Barbara & Trish did not laugh when I was telling them a story while only one side of my face was moving. My jaw is still tender and my mind may be a little numb but I am grateful for the quality of care I received from Dr. Mackenzie & her team.

The lady who did my cleaning was excellent. However, I have never been charged before for adjustment to a dental plate by the provider. I didn't realize I had a dental examination by the dentist until I was billed for an exam. In short, I went in for a cleaning and wound up with a bill we'll over $300.00.

I had an excellent experience. The associates were very friendly and professional. The office has state of the art high tech equipment to X-ray the teeth and create detailed pictures. The dental cleaning was thorough. Dr MacKenzie examined my mouth for signs of any cancer and also recommended a course of action for dental care. I recommend Dr MacKenzie very highly.
