It is always a pleasure to have an appointment at MacArthur dental. Mary Kay and Dr. Tom Alexander are not only professional but they perform their job responsibilities with such class and knowledge. I am always amazed at how much I can laugh when I’m getting my teeth cleaned. What a pleasure!!

Super customer service from everyone in the office. Very knowledgeable and professional dentist and staff. The office is super clean and pretty! My son has cavities and I had been dealing with other shady dentist, but I was fortunate to get their add and I called and was able to get the services needed. My children were both super comfortable because the staff was so friendly and loving. I highly recommend this dental office!

Going to the dentist has always been my least favorite activity. The staff here bends over backward to make my visit not as uncomfortable as it usually is. This teeth cleaning on my last visit made my teeth sore for a few days, but pain killers did their job. Overall, it was not a bad experience but I still can't say that I am looking forward to my next visit. But I do enjoy chatting with Doctor Tom & Mary Kay.

Yes it all started last week. I finally decided to go into the office to check availability w/my newly acquired insurance. Crystal was quite accommodating in fact finding what/if Dr. Alexander accepted my plan. I was covered, able to make an appointment two days later. I arrived approximately 10 mins. Before 2p appointment. Filled out paperwork, was called in at 2:25. My attitude was miffed & I said to hygienist I had been waiting past my appointment time, and being my first time didnt sit well as first impression. She apologized and said time for paperwork was alotted. (which I wasnt aware would be in part of initial appointment) Moving forward I changed my attitude as the hygienist was quite professional & pleasant throughout the appointment & very thorough in explaining every step of the process. To her credit she was able to transition from my initial frustration to the be a great skilled client focused hygienist on providing great dental services. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Alexander as he was quite attentive & accommodating my needs/concerns. Needless to say I will be a client/patient of Dr. Alexander's office for as long as need be. Closing Crystal too was very informative & pleasant to work with.
