No huge waste of my time. I visited Mercy dentist last December and the whole visit was more than 2 hours on a work day with just X-ray's taken. I was told to come back and do cleaning the next visit. That was a huge waste of my time. Also they tried to oversell services, tried to sell me braces even though I told them I wore braces in total for 7 years to begin with, and I was not happy about that. That's why I asked my friend Simon Hsu and Dr Liu was recommended. Staff here don't waste too much time chatting but actually do the cleaning work. I have a very busy work schedule and being able to make an appointment with Dr Liu on a Saturday is a huge help! It's a way better experience. Keep it up!

As always, I was treated with gentleness and courtesy.

The office is very professiona yet friendly. Work is done in an efficient manner. I have to note that latter part of cleaning was surprising. New employee has not been properly trained in the polishing equipment and techniques. Overheating of the equipment could cause damage to soft tissues ,of lips especially. I am confident training will be accomplished successfully.

I am very happy about Dr. Liu's professional treatment. Everyone in the office is very nice.

I feel very fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Llu's. Among other things, she does a cancer exam during every visit. It was during one of my routine exams, that she noticed a little something under the skin on my soft palate. It was essentially invisible. Dr. Liu then felt it, realized it was a cyst that needed to be removed, and referred me to an Oral Surgeon. After its removal, the biopsy showed it was malignant. I'm now undergoing several surgeries to remove the cancer. Dr. Liu's attention to detail and comprehensive exam saved my life. In addition to her sharp mind, she has strong interpersonal skills. Not only does she ask appropriate questions, she allows her patients to ask questions and provides answers with confidence. I have complete trust in her abilities and always feel that I am in good hands. When I think of Dr. Liu's characteristics, this James M. Hunter quote comes to mind: "Treat the patient, not the X-ray." Thank you, Dr. Liu! I appreciate you and your impressive staff.
