Delightful not the word often used to describe a visit that yields the news you must have a root canal, but my visit was just that--delightful. Kim was helpful and congenial, and officially meeting Dr. Bradley was especially pleasant; the doctor even offered me a tooth-shaped "stress squeeze" ball as a gift, which when I visited DR. Pace, I was eager to use. As I mentioned when I was there, I really like the way your new office is laid out. It, along with the staff, welcome and relax you from the moment you open the front door.

Just a little disturbed that x-ray cover was not put on for the first half of my x-rays. Then I noticed and asked why. I did have it for the second set. I know it was not intentional. Just thought I would mention.

You are usually 5 but,I walked in and was in my dental chair in less than 5 minutes. I had your temp hygienist, Joy, who could not have been nicer, but what threw me, I have no idea who the dentist was, she never said her name. I don't know if she was a temp or she is new in the practice.

The staff is always pleasant and friendly. Ms. Joseph always does a thorough job of cleaning my teeth, while maintaining a professional, comfortable environment. In many ways I actually look forward to my semiannual appointments. Thank you.

This was the first time I had my teeth cleaned by the woman new to me - she was excellent, cleaned my teeth as never before, including a very thorough check up to start with. And, it was painless which is always good. Aside from one cavity it was fine for someone my age (91.5)! Dr. Ledden was his usual, cheerful and experienced self, telling me to say hello to his former, and my now neighbor, Reade Tompson, who is now almost 101.

LOVE the new office! Its very calming- all the big bright windows. Not a typical Dentist office experience. Staff is always great. Dr. Bradley is very proffesional, friendly and skilled. I always enjoy going to the dentist’s and talking to the most interesting hygienist ever, who has kept my mouth healthy for many years now. I always thought Dr Ledden was wonderful since he saved me from terrible tooth pain years ago, and Dr Bradley is also an excellent dentist with extraordinarily light touch . Ray-Ray was excellent and I felt comfortable talking about deciding what to do regarding several teeth that seem to have been injured a year ago (August) in a "Fall" resulting in too many stitches, in and out of my "lower lip". Dr. Bradley was, most helpful in my decision to "Resin 1# 8, Resin 1# 9, Resin 1# 11". Years ago, Charles Maguire, D.D. encouraged me to visit Dr. Kresstool, DDS. I have become his Root Canal patient each time a Root died, swelled and "popped the dental cap". I do have an appoint-ment to give me his second opinion, Monday, 2 P.M. 12/10/18, in order to avoid two extractions and two Implants at this time. I will keep your office informed. I like the new digs, so modern and sexy. Being able to look out the window during the cleaning was very nice. It felt completely different than the past two locations. That's right, I remember the 202 operations, I didn't care for that place at all. Dark and gloomy and those machines with the long thin belts could scare the heck out of anybody. A little noisy but that's OK. Workers will just have to learn to whisper... Didn't like the front door. Should be moved. I wonder how Code Enforcement approved that location - Yikes.... What happens when I use the back door, I have to ring a bell and if it's raining outside? Maybe some kind of overhang, nothing like waiting in the rain to pay someone to see you. Came in for a consolation and Dr. Ledden was very careful to explain everything.

From the welcoming receptionist, to the careful and complete cleaning of my teeth, even removing some long lower level tooth stains, to Dr. Ledden's expert probing to be certain that no cavities existed, they were typical of the long association that my wife and I have had with this practice. We highly recommend their dentl care and we are not related.
