Highly ethical practice. I went expecting to have cataract surgery with lens replacement as advised by another opthalmologist. Both doctors have me a detailed examination and took baseline measurements. They then advised me I should not be spending the money now the cataract6 are slight and not suitable for surgery. So awesome to meet people who care is more important than the money.

Excellent experience from start to finish. First eye done with great results. Now on to the other.

I was hoping that there could be something done about this PVD I have developed in both eyes. Seems to be a “wait and don’t see” treatment. In the meantime I have cloudiness in both eyes and bunches of floaters doing their thing. Hope it clears up soon. It makes reading and seeing very difficult

These are excellent doctors who treated my unusual circumstances with the utmost care and attention. I fit in the category of 1 out of every 500 patients who, because of swelling of the retina, took a longer time to heal. The staff and doctors walked me through the healing process with regular testing and attention to medication that finally worked the miracle. I SEE so much BETTER! No more glasses to watch TV. No more glare of lights while night driving. And no more glasses to read. Results could not have been better.

Very pleased so far with the results of cataract surgery on right eye. I have been able to read without the assistance of a contact in left eye. Looking forward to getting the other eye done in the weeks to come. Every member of the staff and surgical team seemed to take a genuine caring interest in my well- being - for that I am grateful.

I let you know what wasn’t done out of courtesy. I had an 8am appointment and i showed up 10 mins early per the email instructions. I noticed the check in area as soon as you walk in the door was still drawn down i’m assuming still closed since i was a little early (not realizing i had to walk through the lobby and open the door to check in) so i sat down in one of the chairs and waited until 8am. A girl walks inside and goes through the door (which i later realized happened to be the receptionist). Another person walks from inside to get water and still no one acknowledges that i am sitting there. At 8:03am i walk up to the glass window and knock and a lady comes over and asks do i have an appointment. I said yes, showing her my new patient paperwork. She finally tells me i have to walk through the door on the other side to check in. So two employees (one being the receptionist) saw me sitting in the lobby for over 10 mins and not one bothered to acknowledge me and ask if i had an appointment or made sure i checked in already. If you see a patient sitting there and they’re the only patient there and no one has checked in yet please at least ask and acknowledge them. Especially if you know that patient is new to the practice and has been sitting there awhile.

Everyone & everything went very well. The nurse who prepped me was excellent!!! The only complaint was the lack of communication regarding the instructions for the surgery. Leaving several messages days before the surgery, no one from the surgical center called back . I finally reached the administrator, Tammy, on Friday morning & she walked us through all the instructions. There were no nurses working that day but the message light was blinking nonstop.

Not complaining, I know they are necessary. I tried to complete the forms online, but I didn’t find it user friendly. The optometrist assistant was very friendly. I love going to lasik pro due to how wondering, caring, understanding and friendly the staff and doctors are. The doctors explain everything through the appointment. Having the RPK lasik has been the best decision of my life, the process of the surgery was easy! The doctors are there hands on making sure you're okay throughout the whole procedure. If anyone ever looks into getting lasik i will always recommend lasik pro.

i Was diagnosed with a cataract late last year, to small for surgery. Eight months later I went in for vision problems and, found out that I need surgery. The staff and physicians are very understanding and compassionate. I would recommend if you have vision problems related to cancer.

I was referred by my optometrist. This is my second visit to your facility. Service has proven to be consistent with what I had experienced in the past. I am a bit irritated about a 20% rate increase, not intimated in initial discussions. I will be more observant throughout the remaining association. I do anticipate a sucessful completion of the discussed surgical procedure. For now, that is all I can expect.

Very professional, yet personal approach during my initial evaluation and during both surgical procedures. As a retired ARNP, I was quite impressed with the surgical staff. They kept me well informed as they prepared me in the surgical waiting area. Follow up care was conducted the day after surgery to assess my recovery. I have recommended their services to friends.
