They cancelled all appointments due to corona virus

You guys are great, however, we showed up and the office was closed. I get it with all the hysteria going on, just wouldve been nice to get a call or text telling us yall are closed. Not a big deal, stay healthy and safe.

Everyone was very nice, and helpful.

My son went in to get a cavity filled. I was worried because I had a traumatic experience as a kid and didn’t want that for my kids. When we got done he talked about how kind the dentist was and that he even gave him a great halfway through. Dr. Clark is great at reading people and picks up quickly on your pain level and often stops to check on you before you even raise your hand. He’s great!

This office is great. I stress easily over dental stuff but you guys help keep me calm. That being said, I came in for a preapproved procedure and afterwards was sat down in the finance office and told that I shouldn't expect you to do things for free and that next time I would have to pay. I didnt ask for it to be free, and you guys told me that insurance would cover it. I left feeling really offended, grateful, but offended. I tried to explain that it was preapproved, but the nurse would not listen or even really allow me to speak. She then had the other lady look it up on insurance and then said it was not covered. Why the change? I waited over 2 months for the appointment. I wouldn't have expected the procedure to be done if not preapproved. I do not feel heard in this matter. I have other appointments coming up, should I expect them to suddenly not be approved either?

I I found my experience with Dr. Clark to be professional and minimal discomfort considering there were two teeth broken off at the gum line The teeth had been there for a few years however my visit was painless and the teeth were removed without very much discomfort also the staff was top notch . The doctor is super nice, does a very good, job on my teeth. The staff is always friendly. The one thing that I would enjoy is if Dr. Clark would stop using male pronouns.

This is the second time I've come in for tooth pain and ended up with a tooth pulled. Both times were unexpected but went smooth. Dr. Clark and staff always put me at ease.
