Super great office,excellent location,in an upscale outdoor mall on the bay near ferry terminal. The office is very clean,and the staff are very informative and helpful. The equipment is all state of the art and the doctor was above my every expectation! All in all,I will go back as long as I'm welcome. Choice of frames is off the charts for adults and kids! That covers it,hope to 👁you there!!!

Larkspur Landing Optometry was excellent. Dr Gina Day knows her stuff. She is thorough and pleasant. The other staff did a super job getting my old records; providing guidance re my insurance coverage limits; and ordering content lenses. The service was outstanding. I highly recommend LL Optometry.

The staff was very kind. I was immediately greeted with a smile. Even though it looked really busy, I felt cared for. The doctor was very knowledgeable. I usually dread eye appointments but this was not the case this time. Jorge was very nice and ready for me and any questions I had at all times. He had details about my benefits on hand and he finally helped me find a perfect pair of glasses (as well as the sale reps that were present). Had a great experience.

The doctor was running 15 minutes behind so her assistant offered a starbucks card for my wait. The staff was very welcoming and very professional. The doctor seemed to enjoy her job. She took her time to make sure I received a thorough eye exam.

I think it would be helpful to explain to new patients how your process works. I was a little bit confused about who does what in the office with the exception of the optometrist. Also just being acknowledged while waiting for the next step in the office

The exam was thorough, time was managed well, and both a temporary solution was found and long term solution was discussed. Dr. Day did a remarkable job in both performing a comprehensive exam on a 9 year old, keeping the child engaged and on tract, while at the same time putting the diagnoses into understandable terms for the parents. Also, Jorge was very helpful with ordering glasses and very courteous while busy. We really appreciated the care put Into our care.

This was the first time I have gone to the eye Dr in a very long time - maybe 20 years - they made an appointment for a complete eye exam - I went in and filled out some paper work - was looked and checked by the Dr. that explained everything along the way - got a prescription for glasses - checked out some frames and in 2-3 weeks go back for glasses - don't know how it could have been easier and everyone I met in the office was very friendly and extremely helpful - would recommend for anyone that needs eye help😎

Hi there, This is meant to be constructive criticism. I thought the store looked beautiful with nice displays of upscale, expensive glasses for sale. However, I found the staff's dress and behavior to not match. They seems sloppy and overly casual. One was downright flirtatious with a customer. It was uncomfortable to me. I think the staff can dress and behave more professionally. I thought Dr. Day was skilled, thorough, pleasant and I'll definitely come back!

Doctor Gina Day is a joy ... resourceful, great sense of humor. No sugar coating with her ... straight forward and bright ... well, “smart” as we like to use these days.

Very courteous, timely, friendly and makes the experience fun. The only draw back (I find) is the discussion of monies and payment in an open arena. Being on Medicare and low income, I was unable to pay for what I needed and was slightly embarrassed discussing that with people sitting three feet away. Other than that, LLO is a great place for eye care. Thanks!

Great customer service from doctor to picking lenses !

The service was very good. The appointment was a half hour behind. The reception person, Jorge, did not inform me that I was going to see another optometrist for this appointment, not Dr. Day. I thought that was very unprofessional. This was the second appointment, where I not informed beforehand. Doctor appointments are personal, and the patient should have a choice as to whether to see another doctor or not.

Staff at Larkspur is ultra friendly. My daughter and I love their service. Efficient, friendly and they made sure that we are getting the best lenses. I am definitely recommending them to my friends, family and collegues.

I was able to get an appointment the following week after I called. They were then able to reschedule me later in the day after I was late due to traffic. The contact lens assistant was very patient walking me through inserting and removing lenses. The exam cost was reasonable even though I paid directly. Thanks!
