I was impressed! When I got a call about my rescheduled appointment I thought it was weird, the email reminder had no response button, instead a nurse called. She questioned me a bit and then approved my appointment, which seemed like a lot of work for nothing, but she assured me that they were being very careful. My original injection had been cancelled a month ago so I was four months since my last injection and waiting another month was too much. I had switched to a new insurance company, who had messed up and I really needed the injection. So she cautiously approved the appointment, leaving me wondering. When I got there they told me to stay at the end of the carpet, took my name and then asked me to wait outside on the couch, all very weird. Then I got my injection, which went very well. I was informed I was free to leave and would hear from them. All the time I was there I saw no other patients and there was only a skeleton crew; the doctor was wearing scrubs and a mask instead of his usual suit, It turns out they were not seeing anyone except emergencies and understood how difficult it would be for me to wait another month; I was very impressed and grateful!

The exam and care of the technician was beyond excellent. A few of the machines were totally new to me and because of their availability, I had a much more thorough exam than I'd ever had before, making my diagnosis very accurate. All the nurses/ma are amazing been going for almost two years now. On the treatment aspect Sadly my condition still hasn’t improved/been solved and I have had multiple procedures. So hopefully the dr can finally figure out what will work without causing extreames in my case. But the faculty over there are all amazing and really do show they care for their work. Everyone of them is always helpful and always tries to be kind to your needs.

As always, my experience w/ Dr Lakhani & his associates & staff was absolutely superb! There is, however, a tendency to feel like just another patient or one of the cattle, as their office is so busy all the time. Yet, I must admit that this feeling is pretty quickly allayed by most of the workers. Let me add that Dr. Lakhani corrected both of my cataracts a few months ago & I am so thrilled with my vision! Last Tuesday he had to correct surgery to my eye that was done last year by a different surgeon! My left eye was never right! Now, 3 days later, after Dr. Lahkani operated on my left eye and it is great! I see clearly in both eyes ! The right eye he did a cataract on was done in April and I see wonderfully! Dr. Lakhani is a wonderful and caring doctor. Extremely professional, he is at the top of his field: the eye. This is without question. What also stands out is his demeanor. He is always kind and polite, always concerned and genuinely caring. The office staff and the medical assistants are always thorough, professional, very friendly and accommodating. He's been treating me for glaucoma which runs in my family for a number of years now and my eyes have never developed any problems related to glaucoma. He's on top of it and has managed to keep the pressure down in both eyes. I took my aunt to him when she already had pretty advanced glaucoma. He treated her for over ten years and never let her lose any more of her vision. She would've gone . blind in a matter of months if she was never treated by Dr. Lakhani. He literally saved he eye sight. He also treated my mom who was on drops initially for the early stages of glaucoma but after being treated by Dr. Lakhani ended up not needing the drops at all. I'm a fan. He's a good doctor and a good man. Sadly that's combination is hard to come by these days.

It was a very streamlined experience. My eye examination seemed thorough however I only saw the doctor for a nano second! I felt a bit rushed but I left with an eyeglass prescription, a recommendation for eyedrops for dry eye, (which I had to bring to the doctors attention was one of the reasons I was there), and reassurance that there was no diabetic retinopathy or any other serious problems with my eyes at this time. They did not dilate my eyes which I was told on the phone they would be. I'm not sure why they didn't. They were very very busy. It was conveyer belt care but everyone was polite & professional.

Saw the office for a second opinion and was very satisfied with the time they took with me.

My only comment was I thought they made too many appointments at one time. The waiting room was extremely crowded and I saw some people were agitated.

My lense reposition surgery on 3.15.2017, is probably most important. I had been experiencing some double vision, night glare & loss of vision. Dr. LAKHANI corrected all three! I am VERY grateful!!! Other than that the service is always good; the office very organized & efficient and the staff members are quite capable & friendly. Dr. Stephan (ph) has also been helpful & very knowledgeable; he is very professional & congenial My wife & I are very happy that we switched to Dr. LAKHANI! dc

I was a patient of Dr. Lakhani's Years ago Most recently saw him in his new office. i was happy to see he still has an awesome staff( Polite and efficient) My eye doctor sent me to Dr. Lakhani because I have some very special issues with my eyes . Dr. Lakhani took the time to explain my condition to me and the procedures he would use to correct them. I am moving forward with him in full confidence. Also and most importantly He loves the Beatles and his favorite album is Abbey Road What's not to be happy with here😊
