Angie is alwys so sweet and caring and so friendly as well. Dr. Turner he is your go to person to give you the straight answer you need for your teeth! The only issue I have is not with the people in the office, it is the billing department that just seems to not get my bill and charges right. I was there for a checkup,xrays and cleaning. Good job...only issue I did not see my regular hygienist. I have been going to her for years Carole She was on vacation,which is fine. But I should have been notified, I would not be seeing her. I should have had the option of choosing. I waited 6 months for the appt. Everything was okay but I should have been called ahead of time.

My name is Edward, Recently I was trying to make an appointment to have an old cracked wisdom tooth removed. Every time I would make an appointment I would have to cancel do to work conflict . This happened several times. Wednesday afternoon I had just finished staining a pool deck and as I was riding in my truck around 2:00 pm my wisdom tooth started aching out of nowhere with unbelievable pain. I had no choice but to walk in and see if Dr. Turner at Family Dentistry could do to help. Amazingly due to a cancellation he was able to see me and finally remove that wisdom tooth. I am very thankful to Dr. Turner and the staff at Family Dentistry for making a bad experience into a good one . The craziest thing is the next day no pain except very little sourness on my gum. Loved kristie Disappointed that i came in thinking i was there for a regular cleaning only to find out that it was for deep cleaning on lower teeth. Ended up getting deep cleaning on both upper and lower. Also feel that i cant get a straight answer on pulling all uppers for a denture. Is it a glue in? Or type u take out for cleaning?

In the past cleanings were uncomfortable and somewhat painful. This experience was pleasant and I believe as thorough as those of the past without the fearful anxiety of how the next tooth would hurt. Dr. Turner waa helpful as well by removing a small area causing pressure in two teeth. Very succesful and painfree visit!!

The check-up procedure was done very well as per usual. Not only that, I was given a tip on how to improve the way I floss to ensure better dental health.

My hygienist is the best! However, I don't like your procedure for confirming appointments. If the message could say "press one to confirm" instead of having to call back it would be much more convenient. You could also say to call back if you CAN'T keep the appointment.

Everything was perfect until checkout. It took 20 to be checked out. I finally went to the counter and asked when that would happen all they did was hand me a paper with my next appointment on it. Not certain why I waited so long for a piece of paper. It's never happened before.

Kissimmee family dentistry is a great office. You are seen at your appointment time and the dr and dental hygienist are great!

Satisfied wth the work done and the hygienist, but not with your billing system. You should have all insurance approvals done before the work is done. I don't have the know-how to speak with the insurance company like you do.

I was referred to an Oral Surgeon to make a plan to have seven teeth extracted.

Dr Turner was very knowledgeable about my dental problem. I felt that he had my best interest at heart. The X-ray technician was very pleasant. All-in-all it was a great visit.

Very personable. First time seeing that dr. She was awesome and knowledgeable. Dental assistant was very nice but you could tell he was new. I had a hard time during the first visit. I bit my cheek, had gum damage, tooth hurt the whole two weeks until I came back for permanent crown. Second visit with woman dental assistant was awesome. She is nice, very gentle and knowledgeable. Easily took off temp crown. Very concerned about the pain and didn’t want to hurt me. When they put in the permanent crown, it seemed reversed from temp which I think was put in ‘turned around’. Still have a little pain and sensitivity. Note - I love and miss the way Dr. turner gives you a shot (shakes it and no pain). Shots I got this time were very difficult and uncomfortable. I’m a baby, I know. :)
