Dr Hintz was great! Receptionist/X-ray tech —I didn’t enjoy looking at all her studs when she was working on me—not professional and sure doesn’t look good! She set me up with an appt with Dr P— only she didn’t! If I didn’t get a call at 0715 this morning from Dr P’s office, I wouldn’t have known that I never had a Nov appt. confirmed. I took care of it.

Absolutely best dentist I've ever had. He pulled two of my wisdom teeth and I never felt it or had any pain afterwards

A very comprehensive dental visit. I knew it would be a little longer since it was my first visit, but a two hour visit was over the top. If this is the norm, then new patients should be made aware of the lengthy appointment. Enjoyed the doctor and staff although didn’t expect all the pics of my teeth. I initially though this person was the Hygenist as there was no introduction to her position. Basically a good visit but would recommend being a little more forthcoming with what the routine will be and time it takes.

I loved the atmosphere in the office . When doctor chooses the employees and plans his day with knowledge and understanding, then not only the doctor is satisfied but all his employees and patients .

Everybody was nice, the doctor and assistant that worked on my teeth were very efficient and work well together. But when reflecting I can’t help but comment on the cleaning that was done. Although Lynette was nice. It was obvious her job is to get work for the doctor. I say this because she spent more time telling me what I should be doing to take care of my teeth then she did polishing them. It literally was just a quick pass over them. If she spent 1 minute I’d be surprised.

I had an appointment with Dr. Hintz yesterday regarding my need for dentures. He spent over a hour with me explaining everything very thoroughly. He answered all my questions in detail and I was able to understand what he meant! He is an exceptional dentist. He is very kind and caring while also being the ultimate professional! The Dr and staff were very knowledgable, professional and friendly. They continued to keep me informed on the procedure to repair my damaged upper implanted denture plate! This was not a scheduled appointment! I called the office and told them I had broke a tooth and asked if I could get in to see them. I was told I could get in to see them as soon as I could get there! I live in Clarkston, Wa and had the tooth incident when I was in Spokane. There willingness to slide me with all of the other appointments and repair the damage was fantastic. This saved me a 200 mile round trip on winter road conditions! Thanks to all of you!

Had a cleaning of my posts. Scheduled to see Dr Hintz, for my upper platebut you girls took care of everything so didn't need to see him. I know he was heartbroken, but... whatever. Lol

Ya know normally I cringe going to the Dentist but this place is amazing from the friendly staff, Hygienist and even a Dentist who takes enough time to remember who needs extra deadening and asks if they are hurting you while they are working in your mouth.

Treated well, didn't have to wait to get in for my appointment, gentle treatment, worked quickly.

I was very happy to get my implants cleaned,. The girl that cleaned them knew exactly what she was doing!
