My appointment with Dr. Sheikh and Cheryl was excellent. I’m pleased with the post and crown. Procedure was painless. I would have given the visit 5 stars although very disappointed the office no longer provides a senior discount. While I understand the care is now offered as an alternative to the discount, I do not feel it is necessary to have topical fluoride treatments or annual xrays.

Dr. Sheikh and Andrea are amazing! I earn my living meeting people and being a rather large person, I certainly do not want to intimidate anyone. Everything was great but am not comfortable providing a review

The staff was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable during my recent visit to have a crown made. I was nervous, but they kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable. The biggest bonus of all was the massage chair in the small waiting area that I was able to enjoy as I waited for my crown. A state of the art facility and superb staff makes Kennebunk Center for Dentistry our family’s choice for dental work.

I miss my dental hygienist but I know she retired. I like my new one and I am glad you have more dentist to serve your clients. Place is always clean and neat that is important.

Dr. Koo is expert and gentle. Assistant was very good and knowledgeable. Both worked together to reduce any stress I may have had. The waiver that I was asked to sign almost made me cancel the procedure. While I understand you have this to protect the practice, I found it very disturbing. It laid out every possibility of failure without noting potential probability. It left me feeling I would encounter at least one of the major failures cited. When I returned home and read over the post surgery instructions, they were not thorough. When Sally called on Monday to check up, I had many questions. I think the follow-up call is important and I thank you for that.

I went to Kennebunk center for Dentistry to get my teeth cleaned as per my usual check up every 6 to 9 months. I was with hygienist Aurelija and I must say the experience was fantastic, her knowledge and kindness were unparalleled, I left feeling refreshed and very satisfied with was provided to me. I love the work on my crown. It came out so nice. I was about five minutes late because of the weather but when I came in the receptionist was not at the desk so I sat down. When she returned , she got on the phone to call a patient. So I was never acknowledged until much later. I was asked by the dental assistant why I was late, she wasn’t angry or anything so I think it would be important to improve the process at the desk.

Meeting the practice for the first time was a very good experience. Brittany did a great job with xrays, cleaning, and getting things rolling. Dr. Hodges was personable and thorough in his examination and thoughts about needed treatment. I will say, however, that I encourage you to let new patients know if you decide they will see someone other than who they are expecting. I chose the practice after researching the people connected, and then someone unknown came in to provide treatment. Dr. Hodges did offer to have Dr Sheikh come in when I expressed surprise, but it is awkward to send someone off in the moment. Fortunately, Dr. Hodges's was willing to offer quick questions about background and experience. Just threw me off a little....desk personnel were very professional and positive. Overall, an excellent first experience.

When I called to make 6 mos follow up appointment I hit one for scheduling and after short wait listened to your announcement re accepting new patients and was asked to leave my name and number, which I did — along with this message. I had intended to confirm the name of my hygienist, however, I was not connected with a live person, unfortunately.

Dr. Koo is a skilled dental professional who was able to put me at ease while conducting a deep cleaning on my upper and lower front teeth. I also received a follow up phone call a few days following the procedure from the office to see how I was doing. I appreciated this call.

Encellenr visit. She was careful, thoroug, and professional. I wish she had asked me if I needed threaders because I forgot and really appreciate that the hygienist usually givea me an envelope with a few.

While my visit was pleasant, I did not learn anything I had not been told at my previous visit, except the charge for the procedure. I was very surprised to be charge appropriately $135 for a 10 minute consult. Consults are generally no charge. I’m a consultant and I never charge for consults which run about 60 minutes plus travel.

KFD recently experienced some staff changes and my new hygienist did well to get to know me and review my oral health. I feel that the transition was easy and the same quality of care that I'm used to was provided.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years and feel very positive about the transition. Andrea did an excellent and complete job as my hygenist and Dr. Shake was informative and caring. HIgh grades!

I arrived with much trepidation having not been back since the change of ownership. I couldn't have been more relieved and pleased with the care I received. Both Andrea the hygienist and Dr. Sheikh could not have been more kind or gentle. To anyone who is apprehensive about coming back please don't be. Some (not all) of the faces may have changed but the excellent care and just plain...human kindness...that you have come to expect are still here in abundance!

I have major issues right now & Dr. Shaik was extremely wonderful & kind. She made me feel wanted & very caring. I'm seeing her again on Thursday for extensive work! It's great to get a "quick" appointment & get this done as soon as possible.

Excellent advice from dental hygienist regarding proper care for both brushing and gum techniques.

Am concerned about requirements for regular x rays. Have been told i will be dismissed as a patient if I don't get x rays at my next visit.

Dr Valverde was completely amazing and the results were an astounding "before and after" picture. The facilities are very comfortable, not to say luxurious.

I was exceedingly impressed that I could get help on one days notice. Everyone was so helpful and I was impressed with the high quality of the systems that are employed there. It really does improve efficiency. I live in Beverly Hills and my dentist does not have some of the diagnostic tools that this place employs so all positives.
