Dr Hancock did a great job repairing my front tooth. You can’t even see the repair and it didn’t hurt at all. Thanks.

They got me in very quickly as a new patient! The office and dental rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. It was great to be able to see my x-rays right in front on the screen. The doctor was very pleasant and helpful, so was the assistant and office staff. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be back for my cleaning.

Good caring people that are concerned to do it right. I felt like I was very important when I sat in the chair there still have some work to do though.

Dr. Rice is very accommodating in seeing his patients. I believe I made him late for lunch today, but he worked me in. He made me very comfortable, and he didn't appear rushed. He's the best!!

Scheduled in on short notice to make a repair; had the repair made the same day (which included staff personally making the delivery to the lab). All to accommodate that I lived out of town (50 miles) and that I would not have to make an additional trip. Everyone was very pleasant, and I'm very pleased with repair!

This was my first visit. I was suffering with a bad toothache. Dr. Kenneth Rice gave me several options to choose from. He arranged his schedule to work me in that same day. I had a bad dental experience over the weekend. On Monday morning I presented myself at the clinic without an appointment. Robin immediately, by magic, got me a spot to be examined by Dr. West in the early afternoon. Dr West did a thorough examination of my teeth and gum after reviewing my dental Xray. He explained what was going on and prescribed a very simple solution that I needed to perform at home for 2 weeks. After the 4th day my gum problem is 90% healed. Thank you Dr. West. The clinic is very clean, beautifully decorated and most of all the staff are all very nice. I definitely recommend this dental clinic. They will take care of you.

I had to have some major dental work done. My Dentist was Dr Hargrove, he talked me all the way through everything from beginning to end on what his plan was. I felt very comfortable with him and he put me at ease. I had to have a full mouth of extractions and 2 implants put in the bottom and dentures for the upper. The whole time Dr Hargrove kept in touch with me wanting to know how I was doing and if I had any questions. He reassured me each time that things were going great and they were. I am very impressed and Thankful for Dr Hargrove.

We had to find a dentist in Show Low as my wife broke a crown, these guys took us right in and fixed her up, I got a exam and cleaning as well, there are now our dentist.

I was seen at the time of my appointment. The dental tech explained that a new type of soft reline was being used. I found it to be much better than the type used on my first reline. The solvent fumes were not as strong and the reline was more rubbery, not as hard and rough as the first reline. A good choice. Much more comfortable.

The whole experience of my visit who was Top Notch. From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the dentist. All very professional and yet making me feel at ease.

I owe so much to this office. Every time I've been in a "situation" regarding my teeth (or my family's oral care) they have ALL been so pleasant and caring. I know I will be treated well and with such thoroughness. We have NEVER had a bad experience there. Dr. West is a consummate professional, and yet has a great personality. And I've always been treated so well by his entire staff, both the hygienists/assistants and the office personnel. (And NO, I'm not related to anyone in the their office!😊) They have a new Dr. in the office, and while I have never seen him personally, I've heard good things. (For the parents out there.... my four kids have all been going to Dr. West and his hygienists since they were three, and none of them have any fear whatsoever when they have to go.) If you need a dentist, don't hesitate to make an appointment with this office.
