The service was excellent. Monday before Thanksgiving. Got right into it three hours of grueling dentist went by with ease. Aside from the constant bleeds. My teeth in the front were in good shape and felt good. However part of the cover (Compound I think it was) on my left central incisor has fallen out while brush my teeth. Now instead of a smooth tooth it is ruff in texture and exposed a portion of the gum above it.

First of all this is the second time I came in to the office, when I enter the office I was not greeted again by any one, the lady closest to the exit seem to just ignore me and just keep looking at her computer. First time in your office I stood at the counter with no greeting, then a lady came out of the other door and looked around then asked me if I was here for an appointment, I said yes and my name, told me to have a seat. It was ok at that time. The next time I came back, again the lady at the computer just ignored me, another lady in the background said hi and to have a seat. After that things seem ok. The lady next the the computer should not be at the front counter, not good for customer service.

I don’t like going to the dentist, but I don’t mind coming there. I’m glad I started going there when you were in Auburn!

Coming in for a routine crown replacement turned into to a rather difficult appointment. Dr. Johns discovered that the tooth under the crown had decayed much more than anticipated that it would not support a replacement crown. After consultation with Dr. Johns it was agreed that an adjoining tooth had to be prepared in order to support the original. Most of the two-hour appointment was spent preparing the two teeth for for the new crowns and was painstakingly accomplished by Day, my dental hygienist. I can't speak highly enough about Day, her chair side manner (with a rather whinny patient) was beyond anything anybody would expect of another human being. I only hope Dr. Johns knows of her true professionalism and dedication to her chosen profession and that she is the REAL reason that keeps coming back. Thank you Day.

Thoughtful, kind in working with my 94 year old mother who has advanced stage dementia. The soft tissue relining of her dentures worked well for her. She has commented that her teeth fell more comfortable.

Great experience...every time. Would highly recommend to everyone. Staff is very friendly and experienced. Dr. Johns is very knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The dentist that did my cleaning, sorry but I can't remember her name at the moment was very nice and we had a very delightful conversation during my cleaning. She also clearly explained what might be staining get my teeth and she even gave some extra floss.
