my mother lives in a health center and had teeth issues, I called and they got her in that day and they diagnosed the problems and told us what we needed to and started her on antibiotics which helped ease her pain.

Great staff to work with. Had a bit of additional emergency work that was immediately and effectively taken care of. For partial work, necessary time is being taken to make sure all work is done as near perfect as possible. I appreciate that. Time is on our side to ensure all work is done right and we’ll.

Good appointment. Unfortunately, I am not sure I will be able to afford having all of the crowns done at one time. Insurance will only allow one per year.

After she asked my how long ago my last cleaning was, I felt like she sort of shamed me. She did not make me feel welcome at all but she did give my teeth and excellent cleaning. I thought she did an amazing job, just as a new patient I felt as if she could have been a little more welcoming. The dentist, Dr Krueger was very friendly and welcoming.

The staff at OLD is amazing. Not a fan of Dr Krueger. Have you seen the Aspen Dental commercial where they are looking at an x-ray of patients' wallet and dentist says that will all have to come out. That's the reputation Dr is getting in Tiffin. No wonder you are begging for new patients when some practices in Tiffin are not accepting new patients. Dr. Wilson had a pretty good practice built up. Such a shame to lose long time patients just to temporarily increase the bottom line. Reviewed by Mary, Nick's mother and legal guardian. I did not receive a survey of my own. Note: the staff at OLD is amazing. 5 stars for staff!

I have been coming to this dentist facility for years. This was the first time that the transition from the changeover was in full effect. The dental hygienist was very professional, as was Dr. Krueger. It was still comforting to see some of the staff that I have known for years. All my questions were answered and we developed a new plan for my dental needs.

Recently, Dr. Wilson replaced two of my veneers. He had a high-quality lab craft and color-match my veneers. Stephanie made bonded temps that looked so realistic friends and family never realized I had temps. Dr. Wilson is an artist and has a keen eye for detail. He is a perfectionist period. That's what I want in a dentist and that's why I got a gorgeous result. I'm so grateful for Dr. Wilson and his staff. I will miss him terribly.

I LOVE my dental hygienist. She is the gentlest person I have ever had work on my teeth, and she always remembers (or reviews very well) where I am sensitive and what I struggle with as a patient. She also always ensures I'm scheduled with her, and I appreciate having the continuity between visits, even when I'm only there two times a year. We also discussed the change from Dr. Wilson to Oak Lane Dental the last time I was there, and I appreciate the new company's mission in keeping the "neighborhood feel" to the practice and their commitment to finding a dentist who will come and stay rather than use the practice as a stepping stone before leaving for a larger city. In general, the entire staff is friendly, I have never had to wait for my appointment, and I don't mind (one step short of actually enjoy, haha) going to the dentist :).

The staff was very friendly and I had no problems during my visit. If I had any questions, they were answered without hesitation. I always enjoy my dental visits.

The only thing I would say is a negative. Sometimes you have to wait for Dr to see you after a cleaning. Not really a big deal, just a thought I guess.
