Very friendly and Professional experience

The Doctor and staff are very good they let me know step by step what they were going to do. Which helped put me at ease. The office staff are also very good and fast. I hate to say that going to the Dentist is not my favorite thing to do due to childhood Dentist visits they did a really good job putting me at ease.

My hygienist did an excellent job at cleaning my teeth, explaining what was being done and asking me often if I had any questions. I also appreciated the detailed list of what needs to be done next. The two ladies helping me, Dr. Ming and her assistant were great! The assistant made sure I didn't chock on the water, something I cannot say for others. Dr. Ming made sure I didn't feel anything; I have had bad experiences in past. I have had problem teeth since 4 years old when both jaws abscessed and I had to be put to sleep to fix. Have had cavity problems all my life. Some good experiences and some bad, but nevertheless, I developed a real fear of dentists. And a real procrastination issue with going to dentist; still have that. For a period of time as an adult I had to be sedated enough as not care. But these ladies were excellent. I will return again. I have been there in the past and those experiences were positive also. I recommend this office to anyone, especially those with fears of dentists like myself.

Quick to get into a room, but I was one of the first appointments of the day. Quick diagnosis, but I had already assumed what was going on since I had been there before. Like that this is a one stop shop. Set up the treatment plan and execution really quickly. First part (root canal) took place in the same appt. Not a lot of explanation, but I didn't really need it, btdt. Just needed a good dentist to get the ball rolling. Dr. Ming did that and with a very pleasant bedside manner.

Everyone is very professional and friendly and I look forward to continuing to use your services, but I would like to take this opportunity to express my concern that each time I come for an appointment I end up waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour before being seen. I understand that occasionally a schedule may get behind, but this has happened quite frequently lately. This repeat lengthy wait-time can be construed as a disregard for the value of a patient's time. You wouldn't want the patients to be habitually late for their appointments, would you?
