Wait times to see the doctor have chronically (10+yrs) been a problem in this office, and make for a very frustrating patient experience. It is my only complaint.

Explains in words I can understand and genuinely cares about me and my eyes. My only suggestion...the frames selection needs some fresh, updated choices. I would suggest some different brands maybe? There are many cute styles but I got the feeling so many were similar and nothing that screamed "Yes!" to me. (I did share this with my optician) They all felt a little stale. (Sorry...it's the word that comes to mind!) I do appreciate knowing I could bring in any frame I wish, and didn't feel pushed into purchasing. My optician spent lots of time with me and even ordered a couple of pair in to try on, and I look forward to coming in again! Thank you!

I had a really great experience with Dr Tolemi and the team! The one thing I would mention is that it was my first eye appt, and there was no warning when the machine blew air into my eye. I’m not sure if that’s part of the process but it really caught me off guard. Aside from that, everything went really well. The team was very friendly and helpful. I would definjtely recommend!

Thanks for getting me in, even though an hour late from digging out of snowy driveway. Dr Stephen Cassidy took his time and was very friendly and efficient. Newer Optimap machine and other tests were quick and easy. Overall a great experience. Glad to hear Dr Walter is doing so well - give him my best!

Having not had an eye exam in quite some time, it was nice to be greeted by a friendly staff member and seen promptly at my appointment time. All of the associates were kind and explained the tests to me with as much detail as I wanted as well as why they were important. It wasn’t all business though, as the staff were easy to talk to and friendly; it didn’t feel like I was being pushed through my exam by people who just wanted to bill my insurance. It’s always a positive to connect with people on a human level!

Dr. Walt Cassidy has been my vision doctor for more than 30 years and he has my utmost respect and gratitude, both as a doctor and as a friend. With Dr. Walt on a medical leave, this most recent appointment was my first with Dr. Erinn Tolomei. She was great; very professional and caring, just like Dr. Walt.

Superb professional experience with warm and friendlies throughout. We’ve been clients since 2003. My wife and I have seen both Dr Walt Cassidy and Dr Steven Cassidy. Amazing eye doctors with a super staff of employees.

Susie (sp?) was like a wizard with my kids; I had to bring them all last minute and she was amazing with them... Dr Cassidy is the most knowledgeable eye doctor I have met. The ladies at the reception desk were also so nice to my kids & to me, made the whole day pleasant THANK YOU!!

I found Dr. Cassidy very pleasant and easy to work with and my exam went well. I have quite complicated eye issues, being diabetic, with severe near sightedness and astigmatism as well as needing bifocals and sun protection for eyes that are sensitive to bright light. The doctor was very patient during the exam especially when I found differences between lenses difficult to discern. He found I had growing cataracts that will need attention in the next year or so and carefully explained what would be needed. They were flexible with ordering glasses since I had some big decisions to make as to when I would be having cataract surgery. Dr. Cassidy is the first eye doc I have really liked in quite some time so it has been great to finally find him.

It was our first time here and my 7 year old was happy with his experience. Everyone seemed thorough and very patient. Didn’t feel rushed at all.

I was very pleased with Dr Tolomei's professional care. She was very friendly and was very thorough with her examination. However the man who helped me with new glasses give me incorrect information by telling me that my insurance plan did not cover my new glasses. I checked with my insurance AARP Medicare Complete. They told me that my plan did cover 1 pair of glasses; and that Issaquah Vision Clinic was not registered as a provider with their plan. I was very disappointed that the employee of Issaquah Vision did not tell me the truth. I have been a patient with Issaquah Vision for very many years.

The quality of care is really 2nd to none! I feel that each of the staff takes a personal approach to making sure I am well cared for at all times.

I’ve been coming to Issaquah Vision for at least 25 years and their professionalism and customer service has been consistently excellent. I most strongly recommend that they be seriously considered when choosing vision care.

Pros: 1) Staffs were simply awesome and super friendly. 2) Good collection of frames. Cons: No way to see the status of order processing. I was told that my eye wear would be delivered with two weeks. But there is no way for me to track it. Maybe I should call them up??

I was amazed at how caring, helpful and knowledgeable both the staff and the doctor were at the time of my first visit. The front office staff assisted with paperwork and made sure I was comfortable while waiting although there was virtually no wait time. The doctor also took all the time that was necessary to examine and test my eyes and answer all my questions in layman's language so I could easily understand the results. Their equipment is state of the art with all the newest methods of exams. Their prices for the eyeglass prescriptions had a great range so that even without vision insurance I was able to get what I needed and wanted. I was so impressed. I recently moved up to the northwest. My family have been patients of Issaquah Vision for several years and feel exactly as I do about this great eye clinic. I can't recommend them enough.

Everyone in this office is polite, professional and kind...a lovely combination that makes for a very pleasant visit. Dr. Tolomei is wonderful, so thorough and always with a smile on her face. The prescription she made for my new glasses is perfect. The only complaint I can think of is the prohibitive cost of the glasses. I won't be having my glasses made here, because of the cost. But that's not the fault of anyone in this office. Much thanks to all those with whom I dealt . I will be back next year and recommend your office to anyone seeking professional eye care.

I was very pleasantly surprised to be given a walk-in appointment after experiencing some disconcerting visual disturbances (i.e., floaters and flashes). Dr. Tolomei and your excellent technical staff thoroughly checked my eye and gave me the reassuring news that my retina was healthy and my visual symptoms were instead due to PVD, a normal change in the eye. I truly appreciate the urgency and professionalism with which my visual symptoms were checked.

I have been coming since 1992 so you have to know I love it there. Dr. Walt is the dearest, kindest man I know and I pray his health comes back to 100%. I wouldn't get new glasses without Olga and I'm sure at times she has wished I would go to someone else! ;) I am so sorry I can't think of the beautiful lady who always does the pre check on me. I mean her name. With the great treatment I always get from these 3 wonderful people well why would I ever go anywhere else!!

This was my first visit to the office and I was very happy with my experience. The doctor was very thorough. kind and explained everything I needed to know. The young ladies in the office were very patient and spent a long time with me while I chose my new glasses. I was so pleased with the frames I picked and the young lady that helped me was very honest with my questions and frame choices, she was so nice. I would definitely recommend the office to my friends etc, Everyone was so nice and kind - a fun time indeed!

Issaquah Vision is a primer eye care clinic, the staff is very friendly and thorough even at the end of the day, and the Dr I see is heaven sent. I do think that they might rethink when a sales person first makes contact regarding frames because I had time to browse before my exam, but was too tired to continue with it after the exam.

nice people good equipment. I'm not sure what part of my exam was: "refraction" It was an additional $100 added to the cost of my exam. I wasn't told I would need to spend more or what it was. Perhaps like the digital retinal map, a patient should know if something else is being added and will cost more.

The eye testing equipment they use is top quality and the technicians very well trained in there use. Very friendly staff and Dr. Erinn Tolami who did my exam was very informative on my current vision status and discussed options for cataract surgery. I found Erinn to be very out-going and friendly that seems to fit well with the attitude of the entire office. I highly recommend Issaquah Vision!

Nice mellow, professional atmosphere. Tracy was great on the prep. Dr. T addressed my questions well and was able to point out on the OptoWhatever(TM) photo the areas corresponding to where i'd been seeing flashes, and we could see there was no obvious physical problem there.
