Every thing was good, much better than my last eye Doctor experience.

The service was excellent as usual. The Doctor’s recommendations were right on, but he’s never selling. I’ve never had better service or felt more confident about the recommendations. They’ve won my business and my referral.

I've been going here for years, and I love it. Easy in and out but they still treat you like family!

Great customer service

Dr Essex’s is great. We really appreciate her thorough exams. We were a bit disappointed with the flow of the front desk. There seems to be some tensions between the staff up there.

Our whole family loves coming to your office. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We did meet a new assistant this time. She was very polite, but lacked the bubbly personality that we are accustomed to there. Picking out glasses was a bit awkward because she just stood behind me and stared. I missed Christy that day! I am always impressed with how quickly our new glasses are ready to be picked up. I definitely recommend your office to friends and family.
