I was unable to find any of my dental insurance offices open so I was very happy to speak with Elizabeth on a Sunday afternoon with an emergency call. She was exceptionally nice and went the extra step of fitting me in. Dr. Rubinov was kind and patient regarding my tooth issue. Leaving the office I thanked everyone and said I will be back for follow up care- fully meaning it. I give them an excellent rating, as they earned and deserve the recognition.

The hygienist, dentist, and assistant I saw were very nice and professional. However I did not give 5 stars because after taking xrays it took too long for the dentist to return. Also, when I had to pay and was sent to the room to pay and “check-out” however there was no staff there and they never came back. Other personnel continued to tell me she was coming. I had to go to the front desk to pay and finally left. It is unacceptable to make patients wait so long to leave after being seen.

The service that I received was outstanding and very clear to the situation that was going on with my tooth.

I love Dr Lenny and Dr Sanchez. Lana at billing is a doll and very helpful. I could have gone to Columbia University Dental school and decided that I would prefer to be treated by this wonderful staff. I would only recommend not to double book. The wait can be a bit long then you feel responsible when the doctors don’t even get a small break to eat.

The service I received from both my dentist and dental hygienist were great. My only critique is the length of time I had to wait to be seen. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM and I had to wait over one hour to be seen.

The entire staff is very friendly, and Doctor Maddie is the most AMAZING Dentist! She is very kind, and cares a lot about her patients. I have anxiety attacks, and she calmed me down. The staff used lavender oil as well. The procedure I had done needed to be done over a few months, and. Dr. Maddie and her assistants made sure I was comfortable and at ease every step of the way. They even let me listen to meditation during one of the more difficult procedures. Not quiet done yet, however, I would highly recommend Dr. Maddie, Dr. Boris and the entire staff at Hutchinson Metro Dental to anyone who is looking for dentists!

Everyone is super nice and professional. The office is clean and inviting. I like the televisions in front of the dental chairs, it helps to calm the nerves while waiting for the dentist. Everyone explains thoroughly what they are doing and why which also helps to make you feel more comfortable. Ive been coming here for a little over a year and never once have had a bad experience. Not to mention the wait time is always less than 20 mins

Dental hygienist Olga is wonderful and did a terrific job on my teeth cleaning. She offered excellent advice for keeping my teeth and gums in good health. My only complaint is the waiting time. My appointment was scheduled for 11am but I ended up waiting an hour and a half before I was called to the back for the cleaning. I guess this is the price you pay for excellent service.

I would like to start by saying that doctor Jacob did a fabulous job. He was very attention to detail, informed me of all the steps he was taking so that I would not be surprised by any actions during his work. He did a great job completing the much-needed work which included multiple fillings. I truly recommend laughter Jacob and my husband is looking forward to scheduling his his future dental appointment with Dr Jacob. I also received a very thorough cleaning by Olga one of the dental hygienist. She was very honest during her cleaning process and gave me strong but good recommendations on how to care for my oral hygiene going forward. This is greatly appreciated in her takng the time to inform the patient the importance of Oral Care, flossing and great tips on caring overall, for ones teeth. Thank you again and I look forward to my visit with the periodontist layer on this month. I hope for the same wonderful experience!

My appointment was for 4:00pm, after a brief questionnaire,I was ushered to my dentists room.I was prepared professionally, with courtesy, my Dentist performed her duties confidently,with a pleasant chair side manner.4:45pm I was getting my paper work for my return visit, and was walking out the door at 4:50pm...only downside to my experience was, the facility, although clean and state of the art, seems to always lack sufficient parking space.

I was originally scheduled a 10 am appointment and I recieved a text to confirm,due to weather conditions i recieved another text for a 9:30 am appt and reconfirmed. From the time I entered the office, I was welcomed and attended to with efficiency. I want to thank everyone for this quick visit. I also want to thank Lisa, she's amazing. She's very soft spoken and explains the exam with details without making me feel apprehensive during my cleaning. You're all a great team. Thanks.

Everyone is so friendly. I really do like this place. I recommended my wife and my daughter. Now we all go to the same dentist. I also like the fact that there’s less in and out traffic in the office while I’m there. That wasn’t good.

I went with big pain with a Wisdom problem, the lady in the front, no the front desk- gave me one appointment for 4 weeks later, no matter my emergency pain supposed to check my insurance availability. She was focused on payments and not my pain even though I have insurance okay to pay until January when my new one start. Thanks for takings actions on this matter!

However, the dentist noticed another issue with my molar when he touched it with one of his utensils which caused me extreme pain and did not address it. He just let me leave and I still have slight pain in my mouth when I eat which I did not experience before. Thank you

Extracrion of tooth was painless but injections were painful

Had oral surgery, I needed #11 impacted tooth removed. My surgeon removed the tooth same day. Dental assistant was very nice. Overall good experience all around.

First time I didn’t have to wait for hours! I had xrays and a cleaning! Done with both in an 1 hour and 10 minutes! I was supposed to see the dentist at 2:00 but I was told there were 3 people ahead of me! I wasn’t going to wait over an hour so I left! My next appointment is in 3 months!

Letting me explain my situation.

Each visit was professional The doctor was very knowledgeable The offices are clean and well equipped

The only problem I have is you should not have to wait 35 minutes to get your mouth exam after a cleaning conducted earlier.

Lisa the dental hygenist is amazingly, gentle, amiable and knowledgeable; I do not mind the 6 month visit. Dr. Yuri, who I met for the first time yesterday was personable. However, I do not like the 30-45 wait time for the appointment.

She told me what I needed to do to keep my teeth and gum healthy. She recommended a fluoride treatment, which I received. The experience was great.

Overall my experience was positive: office staff friendly, competent and helpful. Dental asst, Lombardi was a sweetheart! And Ella the hygienist was helpful, friendly and efficient. The only downside was the doctor, Yuri. Unfriendly, abrupt and spent less than 5 minutes with me. He was a disappointment in an otherwise perfect experience.

This appointment went well better than others. I used to wait 2 hours. I had a 4:00 with hygienist and 4:30 doctor. I was finished with hygienist by 4:30. I had to wait for dentist but not too long. This was the first time I met the dentist sorry I forgot his name but I liked him. He was very friendly and professional. My last review was a few years ago and was not very good. This was a much better experience.

I had called them because I was experiencing a dental emergency due to the fact that I chipped a tooth. Right from the initial call their receptionist was very understanding and helpful in getting me an expedited appointment the very next day. Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist in a very friendly professional manner, I was seated in the reception area which is a very clean and spacious remodeled. The wait time was minimal. During my visit I was able to get a full set of x-rays, and examination and treatment by Dr. Egor. I was also offered and accepted a visit with one of their highly skilled hygienist Miss Ella. My entire experience can be rated as five star, I would also state that the attention and care I received by the Metro Dental Staff was fantastic. I personally would recommend the Metro Dental facility and their dedicated staff to anyone requiring painless professional dental services.

I was very happy about not having to wait very long. The X-ray technician and the hygienist were very nice. However, I did not appreciate having to pay over $200.00 for gum medication that I probably didn't really need in the first place. Looking back, I should have requested for a doctor to give a recommendation. The actually dentist was a little abrupt and short. He did not spend much time with me. I was a little overwhelmed with all of the procedures that they said I needed. I would have liked to have taken baby steps first, like taking care of the dark spot on one of my front teeth. Overall, it was a good first experience for me, except for paying for the $200.00 gum medication.

I appreciate all the knowledge that was shared with me relative to the importance of getting a cleaning every six months. I also appreciate the various options that were presented to me to address my missing molars. My dental hygienist (Olga) recommended that I get evaluated by a gum specialist to determine if I’m a good candidate for an implant. I appreciate how she took the time to explain what to expect. Thanks to her recommendations, I scheduled an appointment to see the gum specialist (Dr. Varnai) the very next day. She was phenomenal and very helpful in explaining the x rays and the need to undergo a CT scan. I received the CT scan the same day and am waiting for my insurance’s response. The knowledge that was shared with me helped me to seek an opportunity that I otherwise would’ve been oblivious to. Thank you Hutchinson Metro Dental for your thoroughness.

I did not get the service i went for because i have all dentures. My halitosis could be coming from my stomach not my gums. I also did not get a cleaning. I got an appointment for gum surgery which I'm going to cancel. I left disappointed because of want because your add said you treat bad breath.

I carry my 2 year old in a stroller, however the waiting area was so cramped I couldn’t pass with it, so I had to leave her some distance away to get up to the counter. The lady at the front desk was not there to collect my form after I filled it out. I was told to leave it on the counter, now another patient can read my information, then they asked me to sign a HIPPA form, which seems contradicting to me. There was lots of parking spaces but most were taken at the time of our appointment, so we had to walk some distance in the rain. The doctor and her assistant was nice.

Alot of confusion for new patients and a wait to make next appointment. Way to many associates doing different things that the front desk could do.

Dr Ahmed was absolutely fabulous during my root canal. The front desk staff dropped the ball bcuz they lost all the forms I filled out during my initial visit so I filled them out again yesterday. Also I was told my medication would be called into Rite Ais and that didn’t happen and today the office is closed so there’s no one available to call my pharmacy. I’m very concerned about an infection that I’m powerless to prevent

I love my Dentist OLGA L(ove). SHE IS THE FIRST DENTIST THAT I EVER GONE TO WHO IS SOOOO PASSIONATE ABOUT WHAT SHE Does.She gives great recommendations and she really cares that I maintain great oral hygiene. So i will because I want her to know how much I appreciate her service.

This was my 2nd appointment to have a crown put in. The day I came for my 1st appointment,I was told the crown wasn't in yet. I received no prior call about this. I arranged my work schedule to keep this appointment. My time is precious to me. Please put some sort of plan in effect so this does not happen to others. I've always been happy with this dental practice.

I was very please at the short wait time to be called. I waited like five minutes, The only time I had to wait a little was to pay my bill when I was leaving. Could I be billed next time?

Didn't have to wait too long!! X-rays were taken & the technician was very caring & kind!! I don't do well with X-rays!! I get very nervous & gag a lot!!

Sylvia the hygenist was GREAT! So gentle & so professional!! I also brought my 16 month old in for new patient appt. The Peds area could be a little more "kids like". The waiting area isn't kid friendly at all and it should be being that it shares the space with adults. Dr. Igor Robinov (so?) was great as well.
