I had a great experience but there was one issue. The doctor told me I had an unlimited benefit on frames but when it came to select frames the assistant told me I had a limited frame benefit where only frames in the drawer were covered at 100%. The rest were $100 off plus 20%.. That was disappointing! Try to avoid these mixed messages in the future...

Amazing service. I had an appointment the same day and my glasses were ready the next day! It was so seamless, and everyone I interacted with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back for my yearly exams and glasses from now on.
