Dr. Carrico and his staff are the best on island for small dental practices. I actually enjoy going to him for dental work, and I have never said that before!!! He is meticulous, extremely professional and clearly dedicated to excellence! I highly recommend him.

Not fond of going to the dentist, but who is? I’ve been coming to Dr. Carrico for well over a year and he makes coming to the dentist better that 98% of the places I’ve been. He’s very understanding and able to problem solve and get the job done in crunch time. He is hilarious and has funny jokes that make you fee really comfortable! Justine and Lynn are accommodating as possible and very pleasant as well. It’s worth the drive from the west side to come see them! If you’re looking for a new dentist, check them out!!!

I’ve always been terrified of dentist appointments and would rarely go because of it. I needed work done quickly and having never been to Dr. Carrico before i was nervous. His staff was amazing at fitting me into their schedule and accommodating me. When i went in i received a thorough exam (which i hadn’t got at previous clinics) & a plan to fix all that needed to be done. They made sure that i was taken cared of & even came in on a day they were usually closed! Very good at making sure my experience was top notch. No pain, no rushing just a warm environment. I am so appreciative & will be glad to visit in the future. I will be a longtime patient knowing how great they are!

I once had a very bad experience as a child, developed a phobia that left me extremely terrified of dentists. It was so bad I neglected my dental health for many, many years. When a tooth cracked and I needed emergency dental care, a roommate who knew of my phobia urged me to see Dr. Carrico. She told me a few months earlier, her boyfriend needed a tooth pulled and Dr. Carrico was very kind, gentle and resonably priced(I didn’t/don’t have dental insurance). I called his office and that phone call changed my life! While I still get nervous before my appointments it’s not the debilitating, gut wrenching fear and anxiety I had suffered before. I can’t thank Dr. Carrico and his entire staff enough for all the high quality care I’ve received over all these years! There’s no words to describe how very happy and satisfied I am!

This was my routine cleaning. Since Dr. Carrico was the one who cleaned by teeth it was really a good , thorough job. Many x-rays were taken so there should be a history of each tooth. The staff are always so pleasant and professional. All together an excellent visit.

I went to see Dr. Carrico due to the military referral for my filling on my tooth. I received a text message for my appointment a week before and phoned call a reminder the day before. When I arrived in the morning, the reception lady was very nice and helpful. The dentist is very professional and courteous. The assistant is also nice and professional. Overall I was pleased with the quality of my dental treatment at this place.

Very professional. However, the automatic survey is texting me at 6am hawaii time in the morning. The company needs to adjust their computer to text hawaii people later in the morning. I think they think hawaii is on the same time zone as the west coast.

I’ve never been to a medical or dental office that I didn’t have to wait 10-20 min. to be seen! Not here! Last visit I was told not to sit down...they are ready for me! Very comfortable feel throughout the office. Staff very kind and caring.
