My experience at Horizon was the best I have had at a dentist since I was little. I have had very bad experiences and was very anxious about going back, but I knew I needed it. They were nothing but understanding and did everything to ease my anxieties and any discomfort I had. They listened to my concerns and were able to fix some of the things my previous dentists had missed or messed up. They work to fix the cause of why there are problems with my teeth, not just to fix the problems. Dr. Foster was absolutely amazing.

Loved the dentist, loved the hygienists. They did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable. I did NOT however like the financial lady I was sat down with. I told her the procedures I was interested in, and she proceeded to tell me those options "weren't sexy" and dismiss me. Her job is not to tell me what I want, it's for me to tell her what I want and her to tell me how to make it happen. Seriously considering going elsewhere based on her treatment of me.

Only criticism is that they ask you to get up from the dental chair to make payment for your copayment before they will proceed with any treatment. Already in pain while waiting to get treatment and they are trying to explain your portion of payment.

Great customer service and attention to details by the doctor, hygienist and staff. Definitely coming back for my appointment next year. P.S. I don't know if Horizon does not provide it, but in every other office you get kind of a travel package with brush, paste and floss. I did not get one.

With recent revelations that Google is storing people’s personal information within their own data banks without the individuals’ consent is very disturbing. It may somehow sidestep HIPAA Laws and/or regulations and be legal but it is insulting, discourteous, entirely invasive, reprehensible and in my opinion immoral.

Explained each step they were doing & explained in detail the instructions afterwards on what to do & expect.

My initial contact over the telephone was professional. When I arrive at the office the staff was family and professional. I’m a new patient, so the Dentist greeted me and asked me questions related to my visit. After my xrays the Dentist explained my options. I met with the scheduler to discuss my options with my dental insurance and scheduled my next visit. Very good first impression.

I had a crown come off and had to call for an urgent appointment. They got me in the next morning with Dr. Qi. He got my crown put back on and I was in and out in 20 minutes. The technician was pleasant and efficient. It was nice and reassuring to see both perform hand hygiene before starting my visit. Thanks to all for a successful visit.

The BEST dental service i have recieved in the past 22 years! The military did absolutely nothing for me dental wise, where as HFDC at me down, took the time and explained everything i needed to get done and a plan moving forward. Even had the work verified by another dental facility thats not in the region and they concurred with the findings.

Everyone was just polite and understanding.

I had a 12 appt but wasn't seen until almost 1pm. Other then that, it was a good experience.

The dental hygienist was very attentive by anticipating when I might need the water vacuum; I never had to request. She was very friendly and asked questions as she cleaned my teeth. When she found an issue, she explained what it was and recommended preventative measures. She reminded me that my insurance covers the fluoride treatment, and asked if I wanted it. She flossed my teeth (!), unlike one other hygienist during one of my initial visits. She is definitely an asset to your practice. The doctor also checked my fillings to ensure that they are still good. She did not recommend removal, so that leads me to believe that she and the practice are not driven by money. I highly recommend this practice.

The part that went well during my visit on April 2nd is after the tooth extraction putting on the stitches to help heal the bleeding. Also the assistant for the dentist was really helpful and I thanked her a lot for caring when I was sweating and feeling light headed after the tooth extraction. Dr. Qi also did a really good job.

Everyone that I’ve met and/or has been involved with my dental care and procedures has been so polite and accommodating. They prioritize your comfort. I’ve never liked visiting dentists. As a matter of fact, I’ve avoided dental visits as much as possible which has me in this current predicament of getting loads of work done. So these current procedures aren’t enjoyable but they are completely stress free. I’m a long way from being done so I’ll have to post an update in about 6 to 8 months.

On March 8, 2019 I received an excellent sérvice while getting my teeth clean. I not sure of her name the dental hygienist was very courteous and displaced extraordinary professionalism. I am sorry cannot remember her name but her baby boy and I share same birthday month November and almost day 11/12, 11/13 😊

I came to pick up my last set of Invisalign trays. I had some reservations because I was nervous that mh teeth weren’t shifting in the right direction. The hygienist that helped me was very caring and reassured me that there was more shifting to be done and if I was still wanted to tweak things, that they could during my last appointment. Staff is always friendly and cares about their patients.

IAt first I was scared and later calmed down because of the nurses and doctor reassuring me that it will be okay. Thanks for their services.

Although the procedure was not painful I would have preferred that the dentist communicate a bit more during the procedure so I know what to expect and not be caught off guard. I had two crown back in Nov and the dentist communicated throughout the procedure which made for a comfortable experience. When a dentist do not communicate especially during a root canal makes the experience very stressful from the anxiety and the lack of not knowing

I have been going to a dentist every 6 months and supposedly everything was good.I decided to change dentist and chose your practice. I was shell shocked my first visit because I was told I needed a lot of work done. I was not very happy with all that was told to me and how pressured I felt at that visit to schedule everything. I left because I needed time to process that my other dentist was letting these issues go without my knowledge of anything wrong.This visit 6 months later I got to talk to the dentist about my treatment plan and she answered my questions.The hygienist was great.much better visit than first time

The dental assistant was rushed and short tempered, the hygienist was phenomenal, warm and non-judgement, the doctor herself was incredible (both the two reasons I will be back) but the finance insurance woman at the end was brash in explaining my options, incredibly judgemental and non understanding of my circumstances (I was concerned about the effects of an oral surgery on my nursing journey with my child, she repeatedly asked me the age of my child and was judgemental that I was still nursing, absolutely not acceptable). I felt pressured and rushed into making a decision about my upcoming oral surgery.

I had a pleasant experience during my initial consultation visit, during the implant and subsequent follow up. The expertise of periodontist Dr. Shalini Sethi and Dr. Kuljeet Bhangra DMD, is greatly appreciated. I strongly recommend this clinic which also have other excellent dentists in their team, such as Dr. Vandana Saidha, Endodontist, who some years ago performed a root canal and bridge placement.

Went to Horizon Family Dental Center for a root canal and temp crown. Both done in one day! This was my first appointment! The root canal was a scheduled appointment. While I was making the appointment for the temporary crown, they offered to do the crown right there that day! The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. I was surprised to learn that Horizon claimed to have put fillings in my mouth back in 2015. This is inaccurate as I confirmed the work wasn’t done and Horizon doesn’t put in silver which I have. Now I have to go back to see if my insurance company was billed. I suggest you don’t bill until the work is performed

I think that Dr. Bangra is a very talented dentist and the dental assistant that helped him with my crown very professional & knowledgeable. I was offended when I came in and the front desk staff asked me to pay the remainder of the bill before the crown was performed. They had the insurance estimate plus I paid half the balance prior to my appointment. They then wanted to copy my driver’s license. We have been patient’s there since 2014 and always paid our bills on time. I told the secretary I would pay the balance when the appointment was over that day. On the way out- I paid the remaining balance as expected. I can understand requesting payment if there was a history of late or insufficient payments prior to the work being performed. This payment policy really created a negative perception of this practice.

The Staff were Friendly and on time. They explained each step and what I could expect. They made recommendations and informed that my insurance should cover most procedures. The doctor was helpful and provided additional information on my current issue. I will continue to recommend Horizon Dental.
