I would recommend Horizon Dental. I had 5 star service from beginning to the end of my appointments. They are very professional courteous and people friendly. Felt the kind hospitality when I walked through the door. The best dental office I ever been too.

I’m always satisfied with the care and work I receive at Horizon Dental. I was late due to traffic and they gave me a courtesy call to make sure I was still coming for my appointment. Once there I was immediately taking in for my cleaning. I have been with Horizon Dental for almost 10years and plan to be there for many more years to come!

Its no secret that no one really looks forward to going to the dentist. However, my visit was very pleasant. My dental hygienist (Kristine, I believe her name was) was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and surprisingly gentle. I didn’t wince at any point from pain or discomfort during my cleaning. It was almost relaxing. I was impressed and would definitely recommend Horizon Dental of Clinton to others.

The doctors set the tone, but everyone in the office is professional, friendly and committed to serving the patient. In short, Horizon Dental provides high quality dental care, and is reliably responsive to its patients needs.

Dr. Qi and those that assists him continuously make me feel comfortable and put me at ease due to my bad experience with another doctor at a different practice. Although I am been seeing Dr. Qi for years now, he understands my trauma and before any procedure that requires needles is performed, he make sure I am okay before beginning. He really does care!

Great Experience! I want to negotiate a price for the retainer because I paid almost $300 for a night guard which causes me to gag & not sleep. I haven’t spoken to anyone @ Horizon about negotiating. First I was seen less then 5 minutes after arriving. Second the cleaning person (don't know correct title) was prompt, informative, professional, and efficient. When he detected something after the cleaning of my teeth, he asked my dentist to have a look. I would say both were very efficient. Very good visit.

Dr. Qi examination was excellent! He literally saved my tooth! One that another dentist said needed to be pulled. I completed my first half of a crown and his technique is eliminating a need to have a root canal. I pray it holds up. Thanks Dr. Qi.

Horizon has excellent customer service. The front desk is pretty friendly. The dentists and assistant have a great bedside manner. I’ve gotten everything done here- cleanings, root canal, crown, implants. They are very professional and always do quality check to make some things are done right. The waiting room time is never that long. There does seem to be a high turnover on the folks working the front desk so when making appointments you can tell some are learning and may not know the logistics of the office. I’ve had to call back or ask to speak to someone else, but they are still friendly.

It was a quick comfortable cleaning. I was in and out in no time. All issue were address and a plan was made to address any concerns.

I don’t write reviews, but in this case, it would be a disservice if I didn’t. I really need to say I have NEVER experienced such a patient and accommodating staff, working TOGETHER, WILLINGLY, from my first phone call on through our appointment, to do what it took to meet the needs of my Mom (an elderly patient.) I was concerned that my Mom’s health condition would prevent her from getting the necessary X-rays needed to treat her condition. I was told not to worry, they would take care everything, that they are experienced in caring for senior patients in wheelchairs. They would get it done. They made good on their promised. Mission accomplished. My Mom was treated in a respectful, kind and gentle manner, and reassured throughout the visit. Unfortunately I’ve never experienced this level of care in a dental facility. I plan to make an appointment for my family and self. I will follow up with a post of my personal experience. Thank you Tray & Dr. Patel for a delightful experience.

Good communication skills, good professionalism and cleaning of my teeth was perfect.

My appt at the Clinton office was great, as usual. I left the Clinton office to go to the lab in Rockville to have my denture retrofitted to the implants. Unfortunately, it was discovered that the implants altered my bite and a new denture had to be made. I was very disappointed to leave without the denture/implants being complete. Needless to say, I am too embarrassed to go out in public without teeth. I am now waiting for a call from the lab telling me my denture is ready.

The young lady that took my X-rays was outstanding. She knows how to place those pieces in your mouth without having any pain. This was a first for me.
