After a two week trip with 4 plane rides I was in poor” spinal “ shape. Meaning I had hip and knee pain which had vanished with Dr Holt’s care. Unfortunately I also neglected the home care. With my visits during which I did exercises, traction and adjustment I found I on my way back to spinal health . Home care is so necessary and I frequently neglect to do the exercises which is foolish as I know I slip from health to pain.

The massage was great but when my wife set my appointment up she set it up with a specific misuse because she was able to bill our insurance. When I arrived I had a different misuse who was not covered by our insurance which forced us to pay out of pocket. This was frustrating since my wife set it up specifically and it was changed without our knowledge and now we have to pay instead of insurance covering it.
