This Urgent care center is always very clean. The lady at the front desk was personable and professional. My wait was probably 5 mins since I was the only one in the waiting area at the time. The Assistant called me in, and she was also very personable as well. She asked specific questions to have my information ready for the doctor. The doctor came in and asked me some questions, we chatted, and he advised me my tests would be sent to the lab. All in all it was a good experience. By the way, parking is aplenty.

Visit was fine but not happy that I have covid and no one called to tell me. I exposed myself to several people. In the past I would get a call in addition to it being posted on the lab site. I couldn’t get on the site. I found out by calling the Lawrence office later in the day.

This is not my first visit. I would like a copy of the blood work that was done on me about one ago . It was a complete blood profile and it showed something I have to follow up on . I am going to Hewlett today. They don’t open till 4 pm. Could you see to it they could help in finding my test results on blood work. Doris COhen 516-569-2378. Cell 516-316-7862. Your X-ray machine wasn’t working so I had to go to another walk in and they weren’t as good as yours. The PA at your clinic thought she heard something in my lungs but it wasn’t pneumonia. I came in late on Saturday night and almost did not get seen but the PA there at the time was kind enough to take a look at my eye. She was very nice and assured me my eye was just irritated and not scratched. I was very grateful and it felt much better soon after that and was fine the next day. My visit to this urgent medical care center was great I got my covid 19 polymerase chain reaction test inside this urgent medical care center then my covid 19 polymerase chain reaction results arrived back this next day I was so happy.

He did a wonderful job when I cut my head while working in my garage! I was able to get an appointment immediately, the facility was easy to find, there was plenty of parking, and I only waited five minutes to be seen. The doctor was very polite and professional and encouraging. Luckily, I did not need any stitches. She patched me up and I was on my way home! This experience blows away any emergency room any day! Keep up the great job.

I only waited 20 minutes to be seen by the doctor. She evaluated my foot and said that I had an infection. She prescribed an oral antibiotic and pain medication and a topical antibiotic. My foot was better in 4 days.

Once I was in the back room I felt very comfortable. The test and questions did not take long. Seeing the doctor also did not take long which was great! A digital upgrade would be beneficial, so that I could fill out the information on my phone and take the pics of my id's. A virtual line would also be beneficial because the waiting area is small and there was a group of men who kept walking back and forth to the desk and one of them was coughing and often had his mask below his nose, it was uncomfortable.

First of all the politeness, courtesy and kindness in which I was treated from entering the premises Period the only thing the rapid test came back as negative but the PCR is now showing I have COVID-19. So the accuracy of the test is false endangering other peoples life. Because upon leaving your establishment I went out shopping at Costco. I just pray that nobody was infected by me.

UrgentMD is your quickest option for non emergeny medical needs. My experience deserves a 5 star rating for the time i saved getting in, being seen and out the door. A major difference compared to an E.R. visit. This idea also keeps an emergency room free for real emergencies. The staff are all healthcare professionals from hospitsls throughout the city so those who have some fear because of the storefront atmosphere, the quality care is the same as any major facility.

Unprofessional and rude, I had an ear infection so the nurse had to flush my ear out I was in tremendous pain and I told her multiple times that what she was doing hurts very much which is why I keep moving and she told me “if you keep moving you could just go someone where”

Everyone was very professional and pleasant. The doctor was very thorough and after the results of the x-rays explained to me what he was prescribing and exactly how to take the prescriptions. I felt confident after leaving that I would be on the road to recovery soon. I highly recommend them.

The entire staff were professional and kind. Additionally, we had a surprisingly minimal wait time until we were seen and treated woth the utmost of care!

Service was great, physician assistant was knowledgeable about my medical condition and used a swab to diagnose me properly ( something that most private Dr's don't do nowadays) alot of Dr's just guess, without using some type of standardized test to formally diagnose you before treating you. What i like about this medical faucility is that they always test you first before treating you. This put a smile on my face. The phydician assistant said that my symptoms presented as Laryngitis and that i had alot of fluid in my left ear. I was evaluated and my throat was swabbed to make sure that it was Larnygitis, in about 10 minutes the results came back, and i was diagnised with Laryngitis. I was written a prescription for steriods to reduce the inflamation and sprays to help reduce the congestion i was feeling. I feel much better one day after seeing the PA. Waiting time was not long, and staff members were nice. I highly recommend this location, i have other urgent care that are closer to me but i much prefer to travel the distance to get great medical care.

I have to say , I will never go back to this urgent care center and it gives me a bad taste to going to urgent care center. I was misdiagnosed. I went in for a itching which looked like a rash on my arms and body and it was spreading. Doctor told me it was a fungus and not to worry. I applied the over counter cream she recommended. The reaction got worse and I went to my doctor and turns out it was an allergy. A really bad allergy and he gave me an injection plus pills and cream. Paid 40 dollars to the urgent care for this type of service and to my family doc 0 dollar copay. Please stay away from this urgent care. I'd rather go to emergency care than an urgent care.

Walked in with a ear ache and throat pain. Gave my insurance to the front desk, that went fast. Nurse called me in about 7 minutes later. Took vitals and asked what's going on. Was a very outgoing and caring lady. After that the PA came in, found my problem and told me to take steroids for my ear. Also spoke to me about diabetes because this certain steroid can increase my sugar . Which is a great time to be for me because I have type 2 diabetes. Sent my script to CVS. This was a very easy visit. Thanks so much

The PA was very pleasant and caring but the whole process took way too long. Was not his fault.

Very very long wait and the office did not seem busy. There seemed like there was a lot of staff but still it was over an hour until we saw the dr. We were pleased with the doctor's demeanor and etiquette. I wanted a copy of my sons x Ray's but the "burner" was broken! They advised me to gonto the other urgent care office, another negative aspect of the visit. Previously we have been happy with urgent care in Cedarhust but the Hewlett one does not run as effectively.

Everything was clean...detailed...the only thing I would change is the receptionist talking across the room communicating the copayment that was due. I mean...honestly its noone elses business what we owe. Tina and Dr. Leslie were amazing and attentive which allowed me to quickly get over the co-pay announcements being made in the waiting room. I have been to serveral urgent cares for and with other members of my family and this one was one of the best. Thank you for keeping me at ease and being attentive with my questions.

I got medical care within ten to fifteen minutes of my arrival and all the staff members were knowledgeable and efficient. A prescription was called to the pharmacy and I was able to pick it up immediately. Best experience I’ve had in a very long time.

I use Urgent cares with hesitation. But today’s experience was excellent. Dr Chen was thorough , empathetic, and downright sweet. Her assistant was also a gem.

I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and approachable the staff was. From the moment I arrived, until I left the facility, everyone was thorough and very professional. My care and well being was paramount to the staff who performed the initial triage and testing, as well as, the attending physician who addressed all my medical concerns, including contacting my local pharmacy to determine if my medication was included in a recall by the FDA. I would recommend this Urgent Care Center to my friends and family.

Highly recommend the Hewlett urgent MD location everyone was nice & helpful. Although the waiting room was busy we we're seen & treated very quickly. Definitely would come back if we needed medical care!

Love the doctor I brought my son Logan there he made him feel comfortable and made him laugh! Down side they told me they no longer will be accepting his insurance there which sucks! He has a pediatric doctor that he sees but when he is sick and we can't get to Dr Lakeyi I finally find a place he is comfortable with and they change insurance ! So that really stinks they seem to do this often with the insurance maybe someone should rethink this even if they just excepted it for children! I'm sure this will prob fall on deaf ears but hey it's worth a shot

My visit was very good. The faciility at the Hewlett location was clean. The bathroom was smelled and looked like it was regularly cleaned and organized. All staff were friendly,, professional. Everyone is so greatful and the doctors are so nice

Urgent Care in Hewlett and Lawrence were a great help to us when my wife SHEILA fell and cut into her scalp. The doctor was very assuring that she would be properly taken care of. The Dr admistrated 7 staples into her scalp and recommended that we go to a hospital for a CT scan which we did. Dr . Sanjida Cabot was very experienced, kind and professional.

My daughter and I were seen on 1/10/19 at the Hewlett office. The staff were awesome including the doctor and the lab technician. Keep up the good work.

I became ill on New Years Day :( This Urgent Care site was packed when I arrived but they were very efficient and in no time at all I was seen by Dr Leslie Chen on 1/1/19 She was very very detailed , attentive and caring I would definitely recommend this site

PA was thorough and knowledgeable wait was a bit long especially once in the exam room. A little disappointed that I had to go back to Cedarhurst office next morning for an X-ray since no technician was available there that night. Also pharmacy that was supposed to be open 24 hours wasn’t so we got there and it was closed. There should be a list that you have as to who is open in the area since you guys are opened until midnight. There’s really no excuse for that.

The two ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming even at night on Christmas Eve

The staff working on 12/19/18(pm hrs) were all pleasant & knowledgeable. Greeted with a smile, & was serviced within 15 min of walking into the facility. I chose to come there as opposed to going to an emergency room which was much closer to my home.

Dr riki the Jewish women Dr who took care of me Was phenomenal!! she really made me feel comfortable and was extremely sensitive , understanding and caring! Which made me feel better instantly! She is an amazing Dr in every way, truly cares for her patients. I wish every Dr was as awesome as her :) this is what a true Dr is all about making their patients feel comfortable and cared about! My hats off to her!!

Visited ER because suddenly my blood pressure went up and felt chills with cold sensation. They took me right away , answering all my questions and took good care of me. The doctor and staff was really nice and helpful.

I thought the doctor was very efficient. She understood that I knew what I was saying and worked with me. I think she was great. But the girl at the front desk grossly misspelled my name. Considering it was written on my insurance card, that's pretty difficult. The correct spelling is Madeline Kern. Please have it corrected so that there is not an issue with my insurance.

I appreciated that the doors were opened before 4:00 pm. I received prompt attention., both from the front desk and being seen by the physician. My treatment was very effective. I was able to go to work the next day because I could speak.

Dr. Van had several x-rays taken to assure that no pneumonia had developed. He then prescribed an Antibiotic which began reversing the effects of the infection almost immediately.

Everyone personable, professional, efficient. Great for time when your doctor is unavailable and you have a problem that needs to be addressed now --- do you really want to go to an ER (welcome to 6 hr visit) for a reasonably routine medical problem? Their doctor and staff are quite qualified and can help you right away. Do not dismiss this available and helpful resource just because it is not something you have ever tried. THEY CAN HELPYOU WHEN YOU ARE INPAIN.

She and her team did all they could to find answers for me. The wait time was not long at all and the staff was very professional and caring. I recommend this urgent care to everyone who's looking for a place where the staff cares about them and their well being.
